If I could give a zero I would. I've had NUMEROUS BAD EXPERIENCES coming to this store. My last one was on March 1st. Due to there BAD customer service I started ordering shoes and having them sent to the mall for pick up. First time I did this in March 2024 and realize that one of the Nike sandal straps I purchased was short. I called to ask them if I could exchange them and what was the store policy. The one female I was talking to got EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE and then handed the phone over to talk crap in the background about me being "mad" and I wasn't at all I'm just asking questions and trying to get clarification of the store policy. The Second Lady was trying hard to answer me calmly and professionally but the First Lady was just loud & ghetto still talking crap so I hung up the phone. Fast forward March 1st 2025 I purchased gym shoes sent to the store. This is a Saturday and the mall doesn't closed until 8pm after getting off of work and traveling hella far to pick them up they closed the doors at 7:30pm. I walked up right after the young man locked the door and the employee right up front just ignored me. I had to yell and show them that I wasn't trying to shop I was just trying to pick up my shoes I ordered. The manger after hearing me yell for the third time showing my order on my phone finally told the worker that was completely ignoring me on purpose to let me in. He then apologizes to me as "they had a rough day". My respond was that I understood but why are you closing 30 mins before closing time anyways. Anywho after these consistent bad experiences I have had from both genders I'm DONE trying to be a loyal customer and support this business. I don't think I will order and have ship to my house either. This business wasn't like this in the early 2000s and customer was NEVER a problem. Now things are wayyy different...

I just left from grabbing my online order. when I arrived, I told one female team member I was picking up my online order. She called for another female team member to go back and retrieve my order. The female just looks at me and didn't budge. so a Male team member agreed to go get it. I understand the store is closing. You all are busy trying to get the store organized, clothes folded, shoes put away, etc. From previously working in a retail industry, when a customer comes in, you are supposed to drop the work you're doing and attend to the customer.

I had a pair of my jordans that are falling apart after just 2 months of having them. It is clear as day that they are new and a manufacturer issue. The bottom of my jordan 1 wolf Grey are coming unglued in the middle of the shoe bottoms. I walked in and showed them and they told me call corporate. I called corporate and they told me that because they were worn there was nothing they can do. Never asked what or how or pictures of the shoe.
