This company is not all that. Mr. Garcia and his Assistant did my backsplash and countertops and I was very dissatisfied to say the least. They chipped my Quartz countertops in 4 places and attempted to cover it up with some solution. They cut the sink area too small. They did not measure and cut my backsplash to align up with the countertop and it was tacky. The Calk started chipping and buckling after 2 weeks and when I called to ask Mr. Garcia if he could re caulk it, he gave me attitude and said we don't do that and that his business is only open from 8-3 and he refused to accommodate me. I told Mr. Garcia that it was not a problem coming over to my house to measure and do other things after hours when he knew he was getting my business. This is a family business that is not accredited by the BBB. Find a reputable company that stands by their work. I said to Mr. Garcia after he was done with the work, the lines are not meeting up. This is very tacky and unprofessional. Who does work like this? Mr. Garcia stood there looking stupid and then said, I can't see it. I was so mad and I said who can't see this tacky mess? I just had a very, very bad experience with this company and would Never ever do any kind of business with them again. I HATE that I ever hired these people!! Be aware...This man offered no apologies or a solution to the unprofessional work performed. I was so made until I almost kicked him out of my house. I never ever conveyed to Mr. Garcia at anytime that I liked Mr. Garcia's work. I was pissed and he knew it because i personally expressed it to him. I have proof of the sloppy work performed but was too embarrased to show the unprofessional work performed. I will go there though and post photo's and videos. This man is a liar!! I was recommended to Granite Gems through another family members purchase. After visiting Anthony’s shop over the weekend, he took time to go through samples and throw in advice for color and design options for the layout of my kitchen shown. (The first owner of any business I’ve ever seen managing, hands-on installing, and giving quotes all in one). Very trustworthy company and by the BEST PRICE around. He will communicate through you directly for install dates and any additional material which made me feel comfortable in the entire process. From start to finish the order-to-installation was 3.5 weeks. Which is insanely impressive!

Now you can’t beat the price, and you can’t beat the service in comparison to this counter top company. They cut and finish their countertops in their own shop located in the same building as their showroom. No middle man, no bullshit….

I had a slight issue with a seam that needed blended and re-glued in addition to a small section of cabinets that needed to be readjusted.
