There are so many things that this business does right. Their customer service staff on the phone are excellent (and there's no automated system that you have to dig down through first), they carry great mattress brands, their showroom is functional with a really helpful video, their delivery people are friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are wonderful with great sales, their website for ordering is very user friendly, and the mattress we chose is soooo comfortable. One little criticism: It would have been nice to know in advance which mattresses they have on display at each store. We drove to our nearest store only to find that they did not have the one mattress we were interested in seeing in person. Also, in the store it would be helpful to have a prominently displayed sign showing where the computerized kiosk is. We honestly couldn't find it at first. When I first walked in my husband and I were a little confused thinking okay where's the salesman's at and then we started listening to the announcements that were on the radio and then we realized that hassleless means no salesman it was the greatest experience ever my husband and I went in to look at a mattress that we saw online and we wanted to try it out they had it there we got to lay on it we got to examine it and we weren't pressured by some salesman asking us oh well do you sleep on your side do you sleep on your back I just don't want that when I want to look for mattress I don't want to be bothered so trust me go to hassleless mattress the best experience you'll ever have in buying a mattress and the delivery I got within 3 days they came in set it up removed all the packaging took my old mattresses I can't say enough about this place...

This was truly a great shopping experience. From the time we walked into the showroom until the mattress was delivered the next day,everything went flawlessly. We took our time and picked out the mattress that we wanted, ordered it, and it was delivered the next day. The evening before delivery we received an email with a projected time to expect delivery. There was tracking on there that showed what stop that we were , and what and what stop they were at, with an ETA of our delivery. The team called us that they were 15 minutes away and would arrive shortly. They delivered our new set, and remove the old. This was truly a HASSEL LESS purchase.
