This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. From the start, the person taking our order was incredibly disrespectful. The workers in the background were yelling, playing around, and creating a loud, chaotic environment. Despite repeating our simple order three times, they still got it wrong and gave us an attitude each time we tried to correct it as we had to raise our voices just so the person taking the order was laughing and couldn't hear us over the people in the back. Both my order and my brother's were messed up, the food was sloppy and skimpy, and they even forgot one of our items. The girl at the window handed me the wrong sauce twice after I clearly asked for mild. On top of that, they said they were only accepting cash, which felt very suspicious. What made it worse was that the staff seemed to think their behavior was funny when in reality, it was embarrassing, incredibly disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They all deserve to be fired for the way they acted. As a business owner, I would be horrified if my employees behaved this way. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking, and it’s clear the staff cared more about goofing off than doing their jobs. I’d strongly suggest that the franchise owner/manager start fresh because the current team is a disgrace to the brand. There are plenty of people out there who would do a better job and treat customers with respect who need to work.

But we decided to wait we only ordered afew things. After 30 mins we get our food we didnt complain.we ate and were about to leave but my husband wanted one of the workers name because she was rude and was wearing sandals and work out clothing. I was telling him we didnt need her name to complain and she mustve heard us and thats when she snapped! She started shouting that she was the G-O and this was her store ! As we walked up to the cashier to order she looked at us, saw that we were white and decided to go on break and walked away to chat with her friends who were hanging out in the lobby. She did not tell anyone. We waited a little longer, finally the manager showed up and asked if we had order, we said no and she called for the cashier who was on the other side of the wall who did not answer her. We then ordered from the manager who said she couldn't find the key to the cash register because the other girl had taken it with her on break. We waited a little longer and nobody was making any food. Then one of the people who was on the line who was supposed to be making food asked if we had ordered yet. We said yes about 10 minutes ago.
