I have been at this location over 6 months ago I was treated with so much respect the sale person went over and behind. I purchased that day. I do not like giving review but today I had to sorry for the negative comments⌠Today I had the worse experience as a customer the owner as he put it to not even listen and accused me of being upset when I wasnât I am a paying customer I wasnât asking for anything free I was going to purchase when I was told yesterday what I was looking for would be in today the owner said it wasnât that serious which it is not life is too short but to raise his voice and no matter what I said he turn it around he could have said I am so sorry you was misinformed I donât know his name all he kept saying he is the owner so I said I take my busy somewhere else then he said have a bless day over and over as that made it better I told him I will give a review you have a bless day This is not the way to speak to a customer I never said anything disrespectful to and the he said I respect my elders what that means he doesnât know me or my age.After this situation I received a call from Niels he was sincerely sorry what took place and apologize for how one of the worker behavior, he said thatâs not how our company and myself treat our customers we are a family business I really appreciate he went out of his way to make sure he spoke with me after the that bad experience, he offer to give me the box spring for free I didnât expected that I just wanted them to know it wasnât professional experience , I really thank him for really go over beyond that really surprise me he believe on give his and there best to everyone the guest that come threw they doors again thank you for a amazing customer service and taking a bad experience and turn it around. Low pressure shopping experience, we were able to browse the store freely without being persistently hovered around and badgered with questions by the sales staff. (Which we did experience at some of the other nearby furniture stores)
Our sales representative, J'von, was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The sectional sofa we purchased seems to be of good quality, and the price was very competitive. We shopped all the other furniture stores nearby and found Five Star Furniture to be the best option for what we were looking for and within our budget.
Sales transaction was smooth and painless. They offered some good financing options to us, although we decided not to finance this time I would not have hesitated to accept one of their financing options if we needed them.
The delivery staff was friendly, polite, and careful not to damage my home. I'm just glad I didn't have to carry that couch up the stairs đ Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mix-up upon delivery. They sent two of the same end pieces instead of the right-hand and left hand we got two right hand pieces. We received a call the following morning informing us that the correct piece would be delivered in 48hrs and it was. I understand mistakes happen, my point is that Five Star Furniture was quick to remedy the situation and were accommodating to my work schedule.

   Read moreIâve been a loyal customer since 2020 and have purchased many items such as bedroom set( king size bed ,mattress, power adjustable base and room XL swivel chair) and a dining room set. I went in the store a couple of days before Thanksgiving 2024 and purchased a 6 piece sectional living room set. I was informed I would receive it before Christmas and I have yet to still hear from the store / manager for delivery date.
I called and spoke with customer service (3 weeks later) at the store and was informed that the order is not available for delivery but she can get a manager to reach out to the warehouse (which means I would have to wait longer to receive my furniture), in which is very unacceptable and poor customer service and communication because no one realized to call me ( the customer to inform me especially when I specifically asked before making the purchase if the furniture will be delivered before Christmas and I was informed indeed that it would be delivered before Christmas). I went to the store to request a refund and no one even bothered to resolve the issue or even apologized, which is so unprofessional.
