Target — Local services in Ross Township

LOVE Target! This is my nearest Target location. I come here very early. They were very busy today. There was also workers everywhere. I asked a lady if they sold smocks, and she said, "Probably not." Did not bother to check for me. There was a group of lady workers talking, and nobody acknowledged me. Did not even try to get out of the way. As I kept shopping, I came across a man, and he acknowledged me right away. Then, asked if I was finding everything I needed or needed some assistance. Of course, I took the help and asked for the party section. The man offered to walk me there but I saw how busy he was. I love Target because I am able to take my time looking at everything they have without having someone follow me around. Lol Shopping in person has become uncomfortable in some stores. Taking our time shopping is always good but bad for our husbands. Anyhow I enjoyed my shopping experience. Cashier Shyre checked me out. Shyre is definitely outstanding! Was very patient with me. Shyre was friendly and talkative. I came in for number sparklers and left with 400 worth of stuff. Not everyone is great at their job but these 2 people definitely stood out to me. I do recommend Target, it is always very clean and the check out lines move fast. They have BEAUTIFUL fresh bouquets!...

(update 4/18) From Meh to just Bad. I came in for one thing, security asked if I needed help and I declined. They still called for help which is appreciated. I find what I'm looking for and begin waiting for someone to come and help. Nothing for five minutes. Another man comes in for help, nothing for five minutes. I go up front to see if anyone could get something from the cages in Electronics and they do find someone. Unfortunately I'm overlooked for the older gent! Hello?! Was I just standing there for show?? I think it'll be better to shop at other ones for now, or at least order online (but that had a rude experience too so I don't know). Why is there never ANY music in here? I go here often and it's so quiet you could hear a dime drop from one side of the store! It's one of the better area Targets, but it's spooky how quiet it is here compared to smaller stores that Actually have...

One of the managers Randall is unbelievable RUDE and has HORRIBLE customer related issues skills. I came in to price match and was at self check out and apparently associate Samantha wasn't helpful at all cause she came up with a lame excuse as to why she couldn't price match when she clearly seen the item on her own phone on the website I provided her. She proceeded to call "manager Randall" he came by and was initially very loud and rude from first encounter. I am a GROWN woman and I definitely dont allow anyone to speak to me rudely. He didnt even bother to even look over the item . He immediately said "NO, IM NOT DOING IT"...now I have worked in management for years and little simple things you shouldn't stress especially when you have a customer that has their ducks in a row. I proceeded to call corporate and report him and they priced matched ...
