Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Ross Township

The Team Lead/Manger JULIANA comes out with this poor and unprofessional attitude. I dislike I even put 1 star for this place. The service was VERY POOR. The Food was COLD. We waited an hour just to get our food served to us COLD!!!! I order the House Sampler - which is Onion rings, Nachos, Boneless chicken and Mozzarella sticks. I tried my best to eat the food since we waited an hour. I just couldn't. It was so cold. I ask my waitress to send it back and since I ate only the onion to just charge me for them. We received our check just for it to be $13 over. So we ask to speak to the manager (Juliana) she comes out with an attitude. We ask her why was we charge $5.99 for a drink when it came with the lunch special. She stated that the drink did not come with the special, because they only serve fries with the special. I given her the menu where it Cleary shows that the lunch special comes with fries and a beverage. Once she see it, instead of her apologizing she then say "The menu isn't correct and they normally don't do this" Normally don't do what? she couldn't explain. Then I ask her how much are the onion rings, she said $5.99. I said "so you charge me for a full order of onion rings when I got only a sample" she stated " No you got a full order that is why I charge you" which do not make any sense to me everything else on the plate was a sample why wasn't the onion rings when I was like on 4 on there lol.

Then I mention that we waited an hour just to get out food, she said with an attitude "Yeah because you guys wanted your chicken extra crispy which is 15min" okay!!! so if it's 15min why we waited an hour just to get cold food served to us. She never came to the table to even say sorry for the wait and the reason why..... For us to receive cold food I assume it's been just sitting in the back for a long period time.

Please do not go there if you have to deal with POOR customer service. Or JULIANA. I love BWW but this will make me not show my face...

This isn't a review about the food because my son and I didn't get to eat on Tuesday evening. While the restaurant advertises that they are open until 11 PM, we arrived at 10 PM and were told by the manager that we couldn't be seated. He then vaguely mentioned that the bar and takeout were available, so we sat at the edge of the bar. However, he came over and told us we couldn't sit there and had to do takeout.

We just wanted to eat, so I asked, "Where are we supposed to sit? You won't let us sit in the appropriate section, but you're still accommodating people eating in the bar." This made no sense to us. My son suggested we just do takeout, so we agreed. While placing our order, one of our coupons didn't work because it was only valid for dine-in, so the girl handling takeout orders had to get the manager to adjust it. When he came back, I said, "Thank you for adjusting the coupon, I appreciate you." He said nothing and looked annoyed, never apologizing for the inconvenience.

As the girl was checking us out, she noticed the manager had applied the wrong coupon and said, "Hold on, I'll get him again because this isn't giving you the full amount off." I told her, "Thank you. You've been awesome, but just give me your manager's name." She said it was Kevin.

By the time we left, it was too late to go to the Crown Point place. At the end of the day, we couldn't understand why another couple was allowed to eat at the bar while we weren't allowed to sit in the family dining area. It made no sense. So, if the restaurant closes at 10 PM, just say that. Don't advertise that you close at 11 PM...

Terrible service never going there again. First drinks were made all wrong, and took forever to bring to the table, Food was made wrong the manger didn't do anything but we had to tip which I don't have a problem with but they made us tip what they wanted which was not right. We got there at 10:00 didn't get sited until 10:15 no one came until 10:30 which we wasn't mad about because we were waiting on a couple of friends. When the waitress came to the table she asked for our drink orders and friends came in while she was still taking orders soon as they sat down she acted like she didn't see them and walked away while we were all trying to get her attention. So after she brought our drinks she ask my friends what did they want and a couple of us wanted alcoholic drinks so we order again and we ordered our food. It's almost 11:30 and we still haven't got our alcoholic drinks so we started asking another waitressabout our drinks she brings them out. So our food comes out and half of our food is messed up. We upset now because it's almost 12 in the morning and they had to remake some of our stuff or we were missing something SMH. So it's 12:30 and we telling the manger what happened what's the problem he didn't not listen. Plus it was freezing cold in there. Don't go here go to the one in Portage or...
