Miniso — Local services in Ross Township

HORRIBLE experience. First of all, the store is terribly small and so there is barely any product. Secondly, when trying to redeem something on the website, the website was bugging because their website is horrible and glitchy. The employee kept talking down as if it was our fault the miniso website is awful. I understand that it isnt their fault the website is the worst, but it was quite rude to assume we just dont know anything.

Update: Went again to try for the blind box. Feel as though they need a reward because it was somehow even WORSE than yesterday. Check out process took 20 minutes because we wanted to use 2 coupons so we asked if we could make 2 seperate sales. The man there told us no and just scanned everything. He then told us we cant use two coupons on the same transaction.... Duh? He acts as though we did not tell him that? I dont know if this place is ragebaiting or his intelligence is actually that of a toddler's but we got another employee over who voided the whole thing then told us, "Oh, Ive never used the 12$ off of 60$ so I dont know if itll work." Did you just blow in from stupid town buddy? The coupon is on the same website as the other one... Were they accusing us of trying to steal or something? We spent over 80$... Do not ever come here like genuinely, Ive been all over the states and this is THE WORST Miniso Ive...

Terrible experience. Policies are non traditional & hidden. They are listed behind the counter in writing that you need a magnifying glass to see & store managers don’t understand or explain the polices to new or existing customers. There is no contact information besides emails that keeps coming back undeliverable. No phone number either. I purchased an item and tried to exchange it the next day, and couldn’t exchange it, return it, or receive store credit and/or my money back . This place is fraudulent, buy at your own risk. I went to the corporate website 20 days ago and still have yet to get a response, I will be going to the BBB next. Oh and by the way please look up company info, it’s been sued many times before &...

In all honesty, youre better off looking for items off temu. I expected some nails (besides the ones that were on display) to have the little charms. None of the rest of the nails had charms. For $10? You can get 5 packs of press on nails off temu. I also bought a cute blue hair clip that started flaking the iridescent film EVERYWHERE. 100% not worth the prices. Super over priced...
