If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is terribly lacking on at this specific location. This is why customers go online and pay for shipping. I ordered online for in store pick up, you only have 3 days to pick up and even though this isn’t a store problem it’s utterly ridiculous and not enough grace to pick up anything during the holiday season. What is the stores problem is that the hours online do not match the actual store hours. I called just off a whim and was instantly greeted with an attitude and unprofessionalism. I stated that my order needed to be picked up today as it was day three however I just got off and I know they were closing soon. The lady cut me off and said we close at 9 (I called at 7:50 their site said they were closed at 8). I said never the less I wouldn’t make it however my mother would be picking up her order the next day from the same location is there anyway to add her to my pick up so it wouldn’t be cancelled… crickets. To the point where I thought she hung up on me she then said no. Nothing more nothing less. I said is there anyway to extend the pick up. She put the phone on hold and didn’t even tell me. Came back and said no. Nothing else lol. To shorten this review because as you can probably expect this conversation went no where and she just spoke in such a rude and condescending tone while on the phone. Employees at the store were not helpful called and they were borderline blunt and rude. Turned me off from even wanting to pick up my product from this location. Were not helpful at all and didn’t make my shopping experience seem worth while. She even told me I could pick up tomorrow and when I got off the phone I received an email that my order was cancelled lol I’ll just pay for online shipping or take my business elsewhere. Pandora needs to do some serious quality training of their employees at...
Read moreTerrible customer service from the manager Erika I originally went to exchange a bracelet, while being there I decided to go ahead and purchase something else . The sales associate was having trouble finding the other item, she told her manager twice . The first response she told her where it should be . The second response look in the system to see if we have any in stock . In the midst of all of this I ended up being there for over 30mins before the manager decided to help . The associate was having trouble finding my order which at this point she is probably new and doesn’t know the system well, which is fine . The manager finally decided to help with the exchange and purchase . Meanwhile I had to ask for water twice (they have Pandora water bottles -if you didn’t know ). If your customer is wait longer then expect you should check up on them . I finally left I get home to put my charms on my bracelet ,the bracelet I was exchanging is the same bracelet they gave me back . I called the store to tell the manager she said ok bring it back when you have time . I live 30 minutes away ….I got back in the car to go to the store I get there the manager doesn’t even acknowledge me AT ALL . A new associate that came for the other shift waits on me . The manager should have been waiting on me because she didn’t even update the associate on the issues . The manger didn’t apologize and she saw me in the store because I told the associate that the manager put the bracelet to the side for me to pick up. She is a terrible manager I will never go back to that location . She needs to be demoted . I will be contacting corporate. The store wasn’t even that busy maybe 4 or 5 customers at best and they were in groups, families together . This...
Read moreI would give zero if I could.
Today, I visited the Pandora store in Hobart IN (Southlake Mall - Merrillville, IN) and it was my biggest mistake.
While trying to find the corporate office to file a complaint, I came across numerous negative comments about this particular store on their website. If I hadn't experienced this myself, I would have thought those comments were fake.
The staff at this store is unprofessional and unwelcoming to the point that you question whether they deserve to stay open.
This isn't the first time I've had a negative opinion about it, but I always give a chance for improvement and try not to rush to judgment. However, today, the employee crossed the line.
I’m not sure if the employees are working on commission or simply unmotivated, but the lady I needed help from, didn’t even spend three minutes with us.
Instead, she suggested we go shopping at Claire's.
I was embarrassed, not just for myself, but for my child, who felt disheartened by the employee's quick judgment based solely on appearances.
I thanked her, looked at her, and we left.
Her comment, "I wasn't trying to offend you," means nothing to me, as you've lost a customer—not just me, but my entire family as well.
This experience is a big reason why people often choose to shop online: to avoid dealing with unqualified, lazy, and unprofessional workers like her.
In conclusion, if you continue down this path, your store will likely become just another one that closes soon.
Please do not send me an automated response, as I need to contact your number with more information. However, I hope this complaint reaches the right people...
