We have had a great experience with Amera Z at this RH location! We moved from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles in June and went to the Hollywood RH and received terrible service. The person we had met with rushed the process and told us she wouldn’t help us until we signed up for an RH membership. We were aware of the RH in Pittsburgh and figured they could offer us better service. We were absolutely right! Amera has been helping us for months while our furniture comes in. She made us aware that the collection we had chosen was extremely popular and that some items would be delayed longer than others. She gave us additional options in the event we did not want to wait. She is constantly checking on us after pieces are delivered to make sure we love everything and that the delivery service was good. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this company. Buyer BEWARE! They have twice cancelled delivery of furniture that we have been waiting months for. They chose the delivery dates and times, and gave us little to no flexibility with deliveries. I have now taken off of work twice, waiting for deliveries that weren’t coming. They never even called to notify me they weren’t coming. I have complained numerous times to customer service, and they don’t seem to care. Again I couldn’t be more disappointed. When buying furniture, it can be quite overwhelming. Abby was knowledgeable, kind, and generous with her time. She directed us where to see some furniture that was not in the showroom so that we knew we liked the style. It required a field trip to Pittsburgh, but it was well worth the trip. We pieced together the room, and she was there to help with each decision. One of the pieces were the wrong color, and she helped us immediately with the mistake.
