From the moment we stepped in, John was the epitome of a great salesperson - friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient. He answered an endless stream of questions from us with a smile, never once showing any sign of impatience.

My experience with working with this Tempur-pedic store was exceptional. I have no problems with the way I was treated by the staff. However, I highly advise against financing your bed purchase with Wells Fargo. They made it impossible for me to get financing first because I didn’t have credit, so then I came back with a cosigner who had great credit, then their excuse for not being able to except my new application was that they couldn’t verify my phone number and there was no way for me to fix that, and there was no recourse for them to fix that so basically I was denied because their system had no other method of verification. Do not trust Wells Fargo for financing. I will never work with them again. Also, I encouraged the staff member at Tempur-pedic that I worked with to ask his managers to find another financial institution to help finance their customers bed purchases. The financing issue was the only reason I gave it a four star review instead of five.
