Swarovski — Local services in Ross Township

I have never received better, or more sincere service, from a retail employee, than from the gentleman at Swarovski... he helped me pick out earrings, for a Christmas present... he also helped me previously, & I was happy to see him still working at this location. I am generally dismissed, or ignored, when shopping in retail stores. The female employees, at some stores, simply ignore male shoppers as lookers, vs buyers. I was totally ignored by multiple female employees, on different days, multiple times, at Nordstrom in Ross Park Mall. On Tuesday, January 24th, while being ignored while shopping in the jewelry department yet again, one female yelled at the other, "how many sales did you have today?"... she replied, "none"... Gee whiz, I wonder why? This prompted me to stop by Swarovski, to thank the male employee there, when I saw him in the store... it was the least I could do. My daughter had a horrible experience at this store. She is a 23 year old and she was told by the store employee that she should go get her mom to shop in this store so that her mom could tell her what she could touch. She started collecting expensive pieces as a child and has an extensive collection. She was there to purchase an expensive piece to add to her collection, but instead told them she could not believe their rudeness and left the store. My boyfriend had got me the pink tennis bracelet that cost almost 300 dollars. It fell off three times in the first week of having it, the fourth time i didn’t notice and lost it. There products are poorly made. A 300 dollar bracelet should not just fall off with one light movement i am very disappointed.
