Windsor — Local services in Ross Township

I bought a dress from this specific store, there were too many girls trying on dresses and I couldn’t get a fitting room. I bought the dress without trying it on. Normally I do but their dresses usually fit my size so I took it home to try on. I noticed the butt part was torn. Probably because so many people tried it on or something. I had my boyfriend stop in and see if he can get it refunded with a receipt ,while I was at work. I had an event to go to so it was urgent I get an exchange or refund. He went and said the associate told him I can only exchange it and that there was no time limit. I was unfortunately unable to get in there in time and long story short, my boyfriend tragically passed away. I had held on to this dress because it reminded me of the things he did for me and events we didn’t get to visit. Emotionally, I just couldn’t return it but remembered I had no time limit so it sat in my trunk the whole time. I finally have an event and I feel sad but ready to go to it so I go to return it. (Tags are still on) The manager was very short and dismissive even before I told her what the problem was. She walked away as soon as I approached the register (holding my bag from the store) and she told another associate to “help the next customer”. She looked right at me and walked away without saying anything. Her tone and demeanor was entitled and pretentious. She went around just telling me she couldn’t exchange it. I understand a time limit but she had already dismissed me altogether. I hope you all check your dresses before leaving the store for any issues. The dresses are beautiful but often have makeup or tearing from people trying them on. Glad I got to share my story as well....

I shop at the store frequently but I definitely will not go back. I went to buy something about 10-15 minutes before the mall was about to close and when I went in an employee told me I had only a few minutes and that the fitting rooms were closed. I was rushing and found a onesie that I didn’t get to try on. Once I got home I went to try it on and noticed someone had tried it on already and left a stain on the vagina. I went back the next day and they wouldn’t take it back because it had that stain. I argued with the supposed manager about how disgusting it is that they do not check the clothes that go up someone’s butt and vagina after someone tries it on. It’s very unhygienic and disgusting.
