The weekend staff is horrible. I’ve been visiting for over a month daily and on the weekends my smoothie has never been right. Jalen did not access my coupon quick enough and it disappeared. He also was not courteous, greeting any of the 4 guests that entered and didn’t seem to care. The staff on the weekends has definitely scared me enough that I won’t visit on the weekends. On weekdays, you’ll have an amazing experience so just be aware.
Well damn! After reading these reviews I’d be afraid to step foot in the door but I’ll leave my experience. I’ve been visiting this location on and off for a few months and most recently the last month 4-5 times per week. I've been replacing a meal a day with the vegan nutty super grain and my smoothie is always delicious if I go during the weekday!
The young women always greet me with a pleasant 'hello' when I walk through the door, take my order with a smile and even engage in small talk. The place is always clean, smells nice and the trash cans have never been overflowing. I have been to this location in the mornings, afternoons and late evenings so I'm sure if it was as nasty as others said I would have noticed. Plus, every time I visit there are at least 3-4 other people in the store ordering healthy smoothies.
I'm always happy with my smoothie and the app is definitely a plus. I get $3-$5 off my smoothie tab a week and I've already dropped 5 pounds. So, I will continue to patronize...
Read moreThe past two times I've been, the kids running the store with no adult around have been unhelpful at best. I asked for a Mocha Yogurt Delight each time, and the first time was not good. I asked one person to remake it, and it was still not the recipe (I think he added regular yogurt instead of frozen yogurt, would not recommend). I figured he was learning, so I tipped and drank it anyways. Coming back today, I was almost turned away at the door without being asked to go. All that I was told was "I might not be able to make your smoothie". I understand busy (the lobby had other high school kids, not waiting for a smoothie), but they didn't appear busy. I asked if he was not able to take orders or if it would be a long wait. He said a wait, so I agreed. I ordered the Mocha Yogurt Delight again, and he couldn't find the option on the computer. He and his coworker asked about details of the drink, and after two minutes at the register with them trying to figure out how to input the order, I walked out. I didn't say anything malicious, just walked out saying nevermind. I've been to this location before where two separate people have made delicious smoothies, and they were incredibly kind. I just wanted a smoothie as it is on the menu, and twice I haven't been able to get one. Read morePaid a visit to this location for a smoothie a few days ago and did not have a very pleasant experience. They really need some more professional and intelligible staff because the one who took my order was neither. I attempted to redeem a $2 coupon but when I pulled up the coupon bar code it disappeared before the cashier could scan it and I could not pull it up again. I explained very clearly what happened to her but she did not understand. Then she told me I had to call the "app people", whatever that meant, if I wanted to get the coupon back. I was frustrated and at this point just wanted to pay for the smoothie and get out of there. When I inserted my credit card in the machine it still read "Welcome" and not "Please Wait". The cashier clearly did not understand the difference as she told me to wait until the machine approves the card in a very rude and condescending tone. Finally, she caught on to the fact that it was the card machine and not my card that had the problem. About the only pleasant thing out of this visit was the smoothie itself as they at least managed to make it right, no thanks to the cashier with the attitude. Just sorry I didn't get her name as I regret not reporting her to upper management. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location again...
