The Ring — Local services in Round Rock

If you’re questioning where to get an engagement ring or upgrade your diamond. You just found the place. We have come here several times and each time they surpass my expectations. They always roll out the red carpet for me and make me feel like a movie star. Careful though, they’re good at their jobs. We went in to just discuss options for my current ring and BAM now I have the most stunning ring. I love their trade in program, definitely beats other jewelers trade in programs for sure. I feel like I have met majority of the staff and everyone has been super sweet. I’ve only had one negative encounter with an employee, but I haven’t seen her since, so maybe she no longer works there. Maybe she was having a bad day. I came in to get my ring cleaned and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience and handed me a free take home cleaning kit. I explained I liked getting them cleaned her and from a business perspective it brings in the foot traffic and you can always flip a ring cleaning into something else. However, that’s truly my only negative experience. Every other time has been amazing and none of the other employees have ever made me feel that way.

The owner, Janette, Maria, and Joey have been amazing. I will hype of this store as much as I can and keep telling my friends and family about the ring.

Would give zero stars. This place went way down hill in a hurry. When we initially got my wife’s ring made here we chose “the ring” because they were super helpful and had a warranty on the ring if anything happened to it. A year later one of the diamonds fell out of the ring and luckily I was able to find the stone by the grace of god and had them reset the stones. Again the warranty of the ring was why we chose them. Two years later when we’ve been taking the ring back to have the ring and stones retightened they tell me that they are going to charge for it??!? I then proceed to ask for the owner’s information.. luckily she is there. She tells me, with a fake smile on her face, that she needs to “remain profitable” and that I should understand that… That’s not the best part. My wife then goes to get her ring and they GIVE HER SOMEONE ELSE’S RING!!! they can’t find the ring and spend 20 mins just trying to find it. Someone could have came in for all I know and took my wife’s ring and walked, and I’m sure I would have got some condescending response about how I should understand the position they’re in. These people of crooks. Will put on a front to get your business and try upselling you the rest of the way. They are unprofessional and lack attention to detail. Take your business anywhere else. My fiancé and I originally browsed for engagement rings at Lakeline mall, to get an initial idea for what we wanted. The following week I was searching for other stores to go to, and I saw the amazing reviews for The Ring on Google. We originally planned to just browse again, and then go to the Domain, but we ended up finding the one here! Lynn was very helpful throughout the whole process, and pulled multiple rings for me to try on. We were also served some sparkling wine, which made the experience even more relaxing and elegant. We were able to compare ethical diamonds vs. mined diamonds, caret size, and different bands. All in all, I would recommend any couple to come here and shop for your forever ring!

Everyone at The Ring was extremely helpful. Lynn assisted my now fiancée and I when shopping and the experience was very enjoyable.

Then, when there was a change in plans, Lynn, as well as Lisa and Katie, helped with the timing and even went the extra mile to get the ring to arrive sooner than expected for the proposal.

It felt like they were on my team, in my corner, and that they genuinely shared the joy of this life-changing moment.
