What you need to know before coming to this location
Was greeted like family and easily the best customer service I've had anywhere here in Round Rock.
My server Gino with hospitable professional and very thorough and serving and keeping up with a full house.
Was able to quickly recommend what was best on chicken dinner I've had in a while.
Had the Monterey chicken breast with broccoli sweet potatoes some hot water and lemons and it went perfectly together as one of my best darn meals of the week right before Thanksgiving.
Hit the spot as I was visiting to see a band nearby and came hungry.
Parking can be hit or miss depending on how you know where and when to park here in downtown Round Rock.
Had TVs across the wall showing sports games.
Food was served very quickly and generally speaking they did a fantastic job continuing to follow up to see how it's doing as well as everybody else.
As of this visit they have some of the best crew who are all very thorough in keeping up with the orders serving well over 40 people and their orders.
Also notice the pineapple burger which I would definitely get next time it was probably my second runner-up!
And for those who are not sports inclined to even had a TV or two set to the food Network! Got plenty of new cooking ideas. :)
Restrooms were wall kept and clean although the men's restroom only has one stall so keep that in mind and there's large amount of people wanting to use the restroom at one time.
Despite that was very clean and well kept with a back entrance for additional parking I noticed.
Everything was clean and well maintained and they were constantly making sure the tables were clean and those that came in were welcomed!

Food was okay. Not exactly what I had ordered. I asked if I could get the Catfish grilled and not blackened. I was told by our waitress who was blond and VERY rude from the moment we sat down. We arrived around 5pm on Thursday. So it wasn’t very busy at all. She would let me finish telling her about my drink order when she ran off. Brought back our waters and asked if we were ready to order. I simply said I would also like a glass of iced tea and we would like more time to look over the menu. She brought out dinners and we had to ask for flatware. When she brought them I simply said THANK YOU MAAM. After refilling my tea glass. Which I had to ask for. I again. Simply said. THANK YOU MAAM. She told me to stop calling her ma’am and that she had a NAME. Which we never heard. When we were about finished my partner waved at her go he could get a to go box. She told him that the bartender is our new server. NOT HER

When we walked in, there were like 10 people in the front corner being very loud and drinking a lot. I thought it was weird because it was only 5 pm. Turns out that was mostly all the employees getting drunk on the clock. It took the server forever to give us menus. At first I didn't think they had a server until I went to go get the menus myself and that's then this girl approach me saying wo was my server and that she would give me our menus. She was so busy playing on her phone and flirting with out coworks she never came back to take our orders until I yet again I got up to just order at the bar and then she came running over. It was hard to tell who was an employee in there and who wasn't until they got a delivery and that's when I noticed everyone who was in that front corner being loud and drinking start working and signing for stuff.
