Been here once before and had a good experience so we were excited to come back. The experience this time was a complete 180. The waitress came by our table once for drinks and then didn't return for over 35 minutes...after asking other employees who could take our order, some new waitress decided to stop by the table.

We ordered salads and 2 pizzas. Took about 20-25 min for the salads to come out and then an additional 30 min for the pizzas. The pizzas were hard and crunchy - not a fan. We noticed one of the pizzas had been made wrong and when we alerted the waitress, she of course tried to place the blame on us ( I was sitting across from the person who ordered the pizza and heard her order it correctly). At this point, we had been in the restaurant for 2 hours and not intentionally - the service here is excruciatingly slow. Neither of us wanted to stay and wait another 30+ min for them to remake the pizza correctly. Instead of taking the incorrect pizza off the bill, they just gave us 50% off that one pizza. Huh? Making us pay for their mistake..ok..

Our original waitress finally came back like an hour after we last saw her. We asked her for a box for the correct pizza and our check. She took nearly 20 min just to get us those items - instead of just grabbing them I watched her walk back and forth with other tables and then she stood right next to our table at the bar and just talked to the bartender for a while...what?? At this point, the service had been so bad all we could do was laugh when we saw her standing at the bar doing nothing and not bringing us the items so we could leave. Eventually, she decided she was capable enough to bring us the box and check. Overall, the pizzas were vastly different than our prior experience and we had the worst service I've experienced at any sit down restaurant. I think this place is under new management - not good. Hopefully this experience was a fluke but we definitely...

I know this review is going to upset some people but I think that some people just have different tastes. That's all. And there's nothing wrong with that. So we ordered two cheese and pepperoni slices, an order of garlic knots, and an order of Parmesan fries. The garlic knots were in my opinion. Underdone as they were just light colored much like white bread. There was no crunch. There was no crust on the bottom and they really weren't flavorful at all. I found them very bland and so did my wife so we didn't even eat them. The parmesan fries were just that They were just fries with parmesan sprinkled on top. And they were served with some sort of knock-off Raising Cane's sauce is how I could best describe it. The pizza was nice and crispy which I can respect but then again there was really nothing more to it. I found the dough lacking in any flavor at all. It was just dough. The sauce I felt wasn't very flavorful. I was kind of overpowered by the flavor of garlic and I don't know if that was coming from the sauce or if that was coming from the one garlic knot that we ate. My wife cut her slice of pizza in half and only had half of that slice and left it there. So $33 later and when our waiter came over I went to pay as soon as he gave me the bill. He put it in his little handheld cash register. Registered a tip. Signed it and we got up and left. As we were leaving, one of the busboys chased us down and asked us if we were going to pay... I don't know, that kind of took me back a little bit cuz I've never been asked if I've ever dine and dived before... But I told the kid yeah and I pointed to the other guy and said did we pay or did we not pay And that other guy who was our waiter said oh yeah They paid. You can let them go. Now I know it wasn't the guys fault, I was just a little taken back.

Needless to say I...

Intro (as I walk into the shop): Helpful staff, able to accommodate plenty of guests and large parties. They have large selection of beer, craft, and IPAs, with Wines to match. The atmosphere is good plenty of TV options, primarily sports or movies. Music is primarily Rock and oriented.

Food(what I got to eat only[your choice of meal may vary]): large slice of pepperoni pizza, similar in thickness as Costco or a thin crust pizza. Crust was crunchy and looks like it was made in house, Pizza was a bit salty for my taste and the sauce seemed lacking for my taste. This could be due to it being a thin crust and the slices coming from the 24" pizza, so it may just be what they have to do because it won't cook evenly. Cheese was good pepperoni tasted decent. I tried the 2 hot sauces red and green. Red was underwhelming especially for looking nice and spicy. Great was as balanced but nothing to write home about it was your average spice green sauce. Disclaimer I eat Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper, and Scotch Bonnet so to the average person these may be spicy, to the Spice aficionados my statement stands. Spice it up at your own discretion* End of Disclaimer*

Overall: 4.5 Atmosphere / 5 Staff / 3 Entertainment options / 5 Drink Selection / 3.8 Food / 5 Menu Variety / 5 Cost per meal

Overall: 4.5 not super awesome but it's a good spot.

Shout out to Jami H. She is a great server got me what I need and was very attentive with my drink and food even offering more time with the menu and explaining the issue with some of the wording. She is a Rock Star.

Outdoor Seating is available and they have a loyalty program with points and everything No need to stand up and pay the servers have a card reader on them so they can check you out...

The beer selection here is outstanding. If you're looking for a place that has a variety of beers on draft this fits the bill. Ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer. Balls of pizza dough baked with a sprinkle of parmesan on top, served with marinara out of a jar. Nothing spectacular. Was wanting to get a variety of their specialty pizzas by the slice only to find out, after ordering a beer and looking at the menu, that they only serve cheese and pepperoni by the slice after 5. I arrived at 6. Went with the city pie. Your basic supreme style pizza. Was overall disappointed. The crust had a nice crunch with a chewy finish but the sauce is something any carry out restaurant would get out of a can. The "hand pinched Italian sausage" was good but the rest of the toppings were average at best. When I asked for Parmesan and crushed red peppers, I was given pre packed stuff you get with to go orders from chain restaurants. For the price point they get for their pies, shakers with quality parmesan should be standard. If you're ok paying $25. on a pizza that's on par with any other chain restaurant like Marco's or Domino's this is your place. If you want a variety of cold beer they gotcha here.
