In an era when customer service feels like a dinosaur - extinct - I'd like to share my INCREDIBLE experience with the Staples in Succasunna, NJ. Last year I bought my new computer there and after a lot of trauma of almost losing all my data I paid for the extended warranty. It was $199, not cheap. But when my laptop crapped out and HP said that they wouldn't back up my data when I sent it in for repairs I went back to Staples. Wally spent THREE DAYS working on getting my data back for me. The first day there was no sign of life, so he tried again. Not only did he get everything backed up, he went over the data with me to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Allison and Khan were also really helpful in keeping my updated. They even tried to get HP to take the computer back for repair without the hard drive so that I would get my machine back more quickly. (HP said no.) Kudos to Scott the manager for a store with ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. His team when above and beyond for me and absolutely stood by the warranty I purchase. I talked to the manager who couldn't figure out what I was saying because he didn't want to listen. They shouldn't charge you until your minute is up.
