The staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful in explaining/suggesting the type of massage I should book being it was my first time ever scheduling a spa massage. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles , offered a beverage, and lead to beautiful seating room where my masseuse promptly arrived to welcome me and walk me to a private suite. The masseuse was very kind and gently walked me thru the whole process. She customized and adjusted the service to meet my needs and expectations in addition to regularly communicating with me to make sure I was enjoying the pressure/movements and that I was always comfortable. Afterwards she gave me water and I was informed how to care for myself and my muscles. The relief and comfort I have experienced since having this massage is life changing. I recommend everyone make this as routine to their schedules as one does to gym. Going once a week or once a month is going to make a huge difference on not just your body but your mental health. I loved getting my mani and pedi here by Stella. She does an amazing job! However, on my last visit I decided to try their other services and went in to get my eyebrows done. I specifically asked for sugaring since waxing never worked for me in the past (I have very sensitive skin) I reiterated this to the technichian that took care of me and she still insisted on wax. Next thing you know I’m walking out of there with a piece of skin missing in between my eyebrows. The worst part is everyone noticed and were staring at me the entire visit and no one said a thing. The only reason I didn’t complain was because of my nail tech since she always does a wonderful job. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place. it’s unfortunate since I also paid 60 to become a VIP member. Next time please listen to your clients when they ask for a specific service, I know my skin and what works and what doesn’t and say something when you see a person missing a piece of skin after a service. ...

When I first try to book this appointment the girl I spoke to on the phone didn’t know how to accurately book the appointment. Then I mentioned to her that due to the confusion of the booking I was going to be late 15 mins late , this was a new booking since I wasn’t going to make it @4:45… they are not accommodating at all… to be exact as I was right in front the spa when they decided to cancel my appointment because they had to “prep the room” in all honesty the reason why they didn’t want to do it it’s because they wanted to close early and not stay the extra 15 min. They all stood by the register saying they needed to prep the “room” when they could had done that in the 15 min grace period. I would never set foot in this spa. They do not know how to run.
