I was extremely upset to hear that a manager came up to my 85 year old mom who had a toy poodle in a carriage and asked her to leave. My mother asked what she should do since my 10 year old was with her and was going to pay. She told her to give her a credit card to complete the transaction. My mother went outside and did not see my daughter leave. My daughter then went to kohls thinking they were going there next and got lost. I mean small dogs are everywhere and this one was in a carriage. It is literally 3 pounds. She even made a comment about food being in the store which is such a crock, like I said the dog was in a stroller. She could have said fyi dogs are not allowed. My advise: save yourself your valuable time and use the store as a display center but then order your items online either directly from the manufacturer or from Amazon as you the have time effective...

They say yes but customers have to be escorted. So I ask if one of them can escort me. They say they can’t because no one is available… This was ridiculous because the both of them were doing nothing but talking to each other about random stuff. Then as we go check out the cashier lady is gone because she too has joined her friends in the middle of the floor to talk about who knows what. The only saving grace about this place is that because the employees care so little about their jobs, when they check you out they sometimes forget to ring everything up before putting it in the bag....
