I searched online for a reputable local repair place for weeks because I needed major work done on my wifes wedding and engagement ring, and also my late Mom's wedding ring. It goes without saying all of these items have significant sentimental and monetary value.

I went to W. Kodak because of the large amount of positive reviews online and from some local references and I was not disappointed.

From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and accommodating and made me feel assured that the rings would be taken care of very well. I was shown all the possible issues with the rings and was given very specific timing on how long it would take and when I would hear back. I got a callback exactly as planned a few days later and authorized all the work, and made sure to follow the recommendations to have my wife come in for a sizing to make sure the repairs were accurate.

Just as planned the rings were back from repair quickly and when I picked them up they looked like brand new after 25+ years. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to receive great customer service and high quality results. Thanks again to the staff I will be back soon for other repairs...

Terrific shop! Everyone is always very helpful for numerous issues... First, there’s a beautiful selection of jewelry, but that’s always the easy part at a jewelers as that is their primary purpose. However, it is how they handle the “small” jobs that really determines the merit of an excellent business and Kodak’s in Succasunna deserves the 5 stars. The staff is just as helpful and pleasant for a battery replacement as they are selling diamond earrings. I recently took three gold bracelets in for repair and couldn’t be more pleased with the results on the two that I decided to fix. The process was professional, thorough, and very quick, including the quality of the repair. Additionally, when I decided to scrap the third bracelet, the value substantially reduced the cost of repairs for the other two. Although this is the first time that I am taking the time to do a review, it is not the first time that Kodak in Succasunna has helped me... and as I already said, it is that helpfulness with the small stuff that makes all the difference! I definitely recommend this jewelers for both merchandise...

I simply can't say enough good things about Chris and Kodak Jewelers. I was in the market for an engagement ring and after shopping at several other Jewelers I decided to stop in Kodak and see what they had. Chris introduced himself asked me what I was looking for and was a complete professional. This isn't something I do everyday so while I had an idea what I was looking for I needed help and an education (I didn't get that at the other Jewelers i went to). Chris provided both in a way that I felt completely comfortable making my decision. The professionalism and quality were off the charts and the pricing was absolutely fair. Not only that but I was in a time crunch with Valentines day and worried it wouldn't be ready in time. Chris not only got it done for me but met me at the Restaurant I was proposing at with the ring which was above and beyond.
