I visited the store to get the passport size pictures with digital copy, initially he said they don’t support digital copy, but I told I need to upload the digital copy on my to embassy. They he ask me hold on and took 2 pictures and charged $43 I including taxes. After printing out the images I He tried to send the images, but he was not sure how to send them. He said he doesn’t have card reader and he said that he will send them in a day once he get the card reader from home. I paid the amount and returned home. As he received the images I called him multiple times and then he has sent the thumbnail images which are very low resolution and not helpful to get them printed. Then I returned to store and returned the printed photos and requested him to issue refund. But he denied to issues refund and he said that I was shouting on him and warned me to leave the store. I am helpless to take any action against him, so i returned the printed photos though he denied to take them and just left the store...

That review of the owners being rude, PLEASE DISREGARD it. We all have our days so I get it! However, the owners are a wonderful married couple who have always went above and beyond for us.
