Absolutely amazing! To call them caterers is an understatement! Traci, Linda, Eric, Ken and the rest of the staff had our wedding handled from start to finish. Traci gave us her undivided attention from the first meeting, and was so excited to brainstorm unique ideas with us. She listened to what was important to us, and helped us pull off our vision of a small plates dinner progression. She addressed any food allergies or potential challenges with certain menu items prior-to and helped us create the most spectacular wedding celebration -- from the rentals to the food to the bar and catering staff. Truly, more than we could have ever imagined. Our guests are still talking about the incredible menu and effortless flow of the evening... and we couldn't have done it without the folks listed above. Holiday Market Catered our sons wedding with appetizers and an amazing pasta bar! I’m Italian and make my own sauce and am very picky when trying others. HOWEVER, the marinara and vodka sauce were spot on delicious! I couldn’t get enough! There were also plenty options to add to the pasta and they had 4 burners going at once to sauté and keep the line moving quickly. The appetizers that were served during cocktail hour were quite tasty and the ice cream bar was a huge hit as well. They only disappointment was they served mini frozen meatballs as an option versus homemade, kind of didn’t make sense with all of that deliciousness and then top it with those meatballs. Nonetheless, my hats off to the chef and staff! They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend using them...

Impossible to work with. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a response or a freaking menu. And, before they even know anything about your budget, expect wise cracks about your budget being too small...I'll have to pay a kitchen use fee to hire someone else at my venue but it'll be worth it because maybe I won't be insulted or ignored by the...
