Read moreI was so impressed with the customer service the staff displayed during my visit to this store. When I arrived at the store around 9:30 am, there four people in line ahead of me. Turned out that the local tower had an issue so lots of people were coming into the store because their phone wasn't working. The staff did a fantastic job, even though they were obviously very busy, greeting each customer as they entered, inquiring whether this was about a service outage, and if so, explaining that the cause was the tower issue. They also did a great job of thank the customers that were in line for their patience. For at least two of the customers, the staff configured their phone for WiFi calling so they could continue to use their phones until the tower issue was resolved. My issue was straight forward - I just needed a new SIM card for my hotspot. When it was my turn, the person helping me was friendly and efficient, getting me my SIM card and getting it activated...

Waited 8 hours when I bought Pro Max and another iPhone. We were going to get a 3rd but unsure if we want to. Did a lot more to mess up my phone but it’s to much to type. I also had a 4 month old, even during the 8 hour “set up”. Also have to delete apps and then reinstall them due to the way that they set it up. However I am not able to download apps because it states that it will send me a number and it never does whether I am trying to change any program password.
