Catramex — Restaurant in Saco

So disappointed. Let’s start with fact that price you pay for food is a lot for quality and amount you get. Food have no flavor. My corn was cold. Now to interesting part. I placed online order. Which was cancelled 5 min before pick up time. So obviously I call to figure out why. They don’t know, just cancelled. Okay can I place order for pick up. answer is yes. Wth?? Come in inside horrible smell of BO and beans.. both girls behind counter smell like pot. And both have jacket and even one had winter hat on. Just general vibe is bad. When I went to pay again! ( my card have charge already from online order ) they used IPhone to cash me out. Just super weird experience and she even saw me being confused about it and didn’t attempt to explain what she doing. Later I saw it’s square but without swipe attached to it. In general won’t be ever back. 60$ wasted on food which not even edible. The only thing was okay is queso. And honestly store one taste same...

Presently surprised with the food! Guac amazing! Salsa amazing! We got the flauntas , chimichanga Cancun and tamales. I am not one for tamales but Omggg amazing! The chimichanga Cancun and flauntas amazing! I only rated the service a 3 because they are a family . This is a new place. They are running this establishment as a family I believe . They definitely get you what you order with a smile but not overly attentive . But they were nice and very happy! I’m sure they will get the service part as they go! But the food ! You won’t be disappointed!! The prices are not bad either. They have a huge menu so much to choose from ! I’m sure it’s all good! Definitely recommend this place if you love authentic Mexican food!...

Food was ok - not great. Service was inattentive and uneven - for the 4 of us, all our food came out at different times making it uncomfortable for both those that had their food and those that didn't. The worst part was the inappropriate music being played extremely loud. And we were seated right next to the music video screen where very sketchy music videos were being shown to the awful music. I would not bring kids there, but maybe that's what they want, though there's a kids menu. There was one waitress who seemed friendly, but bored. Few people were there to eat and I can't imagine how she or the kitchen could have handled a full restaurant. Probably...
