I regularly shop Reny's, it is my favorite place to shop for clothing, toiletries, small appliances, snack foods and even some food items I use frequently. Here you'll find just about anything you need: from household items to crafts, lots of different food items (much produced in Maine), clothing, shoes, household items such as dishes, flatware, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & wash cloths. Reny's also does an excellent job keeping seasonal items in inventory as needed. I find Reny's competitively priced and unlike another reviewer, feel their pricing on Carhart items very fair considering the excellent quality of Carhart clothing and accessories. Reny's is a family-owned Maine business that sells many items produced in Maine, a big plus to this reviewer. Give a Reny's store a chance sometime soon. You might just find it more welcoming than the large, national chain stores as well as competitive pricing. Reny's remains a shopping favorite of this...

My complaint is that they are scheduled to be open until 6pm but they close their fitting room at 5:45 pm without telling you or making any kind of announcement, nor do they have clear, visible signage blocking the fitting room saying the fitting rooms are closed, it’s not posted on their store hours - nothing. If this is their official policy, they should make it known to customers, rather than embarrass them by flat out turning them away.
Also, they were pretty rude about it too. If they were nicer I probably wouldn't care enough...
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SACO......for a chain store. I avoid this place and will never shop there again. Employees move away from you rather than ask if they can help you and if you ask a question, they look at you like you are from another planet. Palm Sunday was just the end of my patronage. Three cashiers standing around a register griping about their long day; one outside loudly proclaiming her desire for five o clock to come; and one cashier with a problem trying to get somebody's attention (I wished her luck). Good grief. Take your business to Big Lots, at least you don't feel like you are in their way and interrupting their very, very busy day (lol) when...
