What a nightmare. I called UPS Saco this morning after being sent in circles by the 1800 numbers. I’m getting married tomorrow and need help with 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. They were supposed to finally come today but could not be dropped off at my location. I called and begged for help hoping that the truck could drop off the packages to their location and I could come pick them up. I was told that there was nothing they could do but that if I called the 1800 number and pressed 0 then I’d be able to speak to a person. I tried it 3x and could not get a hold of one person. I called back and was told that something must be wrong with how I did it and that they had no problem. I’m 34, I know how a phone works and I also know when I’m being patronized. I was told that I was rude when I broke down in tears. I had to hang up because I couldn’t keep it in and when I called back I was told that I was rude for having done that. When I explained that I was getting married tomorrow, I was told “that sounds like a personal problem and you’re not one of our customers.” This location is staffed by a bunch of people who don’t care about anyone but themselves and enjoy being their version of “right” more than helping people. If you look back earlier in the comments, it also says they weren’t willing to help a woman with chemo during the pandemic. It’s interesting because in the comments so many of the negative reviews come from women and each one highlights how rude the employees at this...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS store in Saco, ME, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism and helpfulness displayed by the staff is truly commendable. This store has become my go-to choice for all my shipping needs, and there are several compelling reasons why.
The staff at the Saco UPS store are not just knowledgeable; they are experts in their field. It's clear that they have undergone thorough training and possess a wealth of experience. One individual who stood out to me is Josh. His exceptional assistance and attention to detail truly impressed me. Josh went above and beyond to ensure that my shipment had the right insurance and speed for my needs.
What sets this store apart is the dedication they show to each customer. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're treated with the utmost respect...
Read moreVery rude arrogant owner refused to take a package with ammunition in it claiming you can only ship ammo through an FFL, 'I have guns, I'm the owner, I know the rules' he said. He then told me to call corporate, which I did, sitting in the parking lot facing the store. They politely informed me only corporate UPS stores can accept ammunition for insurance purposes. If the very wrong 'owner' had simply looked up the actual rules, or used google, or looked on the website for the company that pays his bills, he'd also know this. Instead he doubled down that you need an FFL to ship a non FFL regulated item. Already had a sour attitude about the store from previous experiences, this cements that I'll go elsewhere until it changes...
