I have been an AGF member since Alexa started her online training in 2020. I was always a gym girly but due to COVID-19 I needed to find online work-outs with all the gyms being closed. Thank goodness I found her Instagram because she kicked my butt with her at home workouts. She builds workouts to fit into a 30 to 40 minute block of time and they are recorded so you can do them whenever, which is very convenient with my hectic schedule. I love that I can get in a great work out with minimal equipment and under 60 min AT HOME. She also does monthly challenges that focus on different areas. I have been subscribing to Alexa's fitness group for about a year now. I needed something to help keep my active habits when Covid hit and her shift to an online platform via Instagram was a life saver. Her workouts are NOT typical of your beachbody or BBG programs. She builds workouts to fit into a 30 minute block of time that would otherwise be closer to an hour. Each month she adds a challenge to the mix to focus on something that will drive you to level up. You will need some basic equipment up front but it's worth every penny and there are always modifications available if you don't have something handy. This is a long awaited review. I cannot recommend AGF enough. I started her program August 2020 (two whole years)!!!! I never used to be an at home workout gal but here I am, and I love it. She makes working out fun, and she will always show you the modified version. Every workout is unique and she is always switching it up. It is always minimal equipment and she will have workouts that are meant for on the go/traveling which makes it super easy to stay active while on vacation.
