The Dreamland Cinema — Local services in Sacramento

Hands down the coolest movie theater I’ve ever been to. Dreamland has such a unique and intimate vibe that is hard to find anywhere else. Who I assume were the owners were super friendly and welcoming and the micro twenty some seat theater was clean, comfortable, and had tremendous sound!

I drove into Sacramento from Reno to see “2001” in 70mm at the Tower Theatre as well as “Being John Malkovich” at Dreamland later in the evening. I had a bit more time than expected between the two showings that I ended up getting a ticket to the 6pm showing of “Decoder” at Dreamaland. The impromptu double feature was a truely fantastic experience that you can only have at a theater like this.
