Met Jill and Jeremy at San Jose Made in Santa Clara, and both my mom and I got our first matching bracelets. We love our bracelets and enjoyed chatting with Jill. Saw her again at San Jose Made show in San Jose. My mom and I decided to get another bracelet on Saturday. I also added an anklet. We went back on Sunday and added a third bracelet. So in about a month, between my mom and I, we have bought 6 bracelets and one anklet. My mom and are extremely happy with our jewelry! Their jewelry is of high quality! Their customer service is top notch, too. My mom at first bought her first two bracelets with a clasp because she was hesitant to commit to permanent ones. She changed her mind and decided she wanted permanent ones. So Jill changed one after my mom wore it for a month with a clasp. Now that's customer service! I, too decided after wearing my permanent bracelet for a month that I wanted it slightly shorter. She said no problem and Jeremy shorten it for me. Jill and Jeremy are two of the nicest people! I have always been curious of getting a permanent jewelry. After searching, I found @GoldenCircleJelwery on Google map. It was close to me and they had an opening in thier schedule.

Their site was easy to manage, scheduled my appointment the same day. Owner messaged me right away to confirm my reservation with instructions on how to find her shop.

Communication was great as I informed her that I was going to be 5 min late due to work issues.
