My husband searched for a year to find a 13MM rose gold cigar band ring for me. When we ordered the ring, we accidentally duplicated the order. Eric provided kind and rapid customer service and clarified by email which order was accurate and canceled the accidental one and refunded our money. We ordered both the 13MM Rose Gold Dome Ring/ Cigarband Ring and also a 5mm white gold hammered ring, each to complete different “wedding sets” I have (one in white gold and one in rose gold). I am SUPER happy with both rings! The Rose Gold is a gorgeous tone. Not too pink, not too copper, and is a dead match for “black hills rose gold,” which I didn’t expect but was very pleasantly surprised! The fit of the ring is incredible. 13mm is a wide ring. And I have tiny hands, my ring is a size 5… the way the ring tapers in the back and the smooth comfort fit immediately made this one of my favorite rings I have ever owned. It is so comfortable I forget I am wearing it. Another bonus of working with Eric is he produces pieces in 10, 14 and 18K gold. As a working artist and owner of an heirloom farm, my rings have to sustain constant abuse and hard use. Having the option to order my daily wear pieces in 10K and my “fancy wear” pieces in 18K is really a relief. Many of the jewelers we spoke to before choosing Jahda refused to produce pieces in 10K. It was really frustrating, since artists and gardeners and chef want to wear their jewelry we just need it to be as tough as our jobs. My husband was so pleased with the quality and gold weight. He has already confirmed with Eric that Jahda can custom make my birthday gift in rose gold, and of course than I will need matching earrings… and then a bracelet. We will be working with this jeweler a lot in the future and when we are out in Cali we will stop in and say “Hi.”

I never write reviews, for anything, but there was no way I would let this incredible experience with Jahda go unnoticed. Eric’s attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive customer experience is remarkable. I called for a status update on my order and Eric knew off the top of his head exactly what I had ordered and where they were in the process, which to me shows the level of care he puts into every single order. Not to mention that when the product arrived, it was perfect, so beautifully and skillfully crafted, exactly what I wanted. Eric even took the time to write me a handwritten thank you note. He consistently communicates and does his best to listen to your needs whether it be something custom or to change something on a ideal jewelry purchase from him.
