Friday Jan 26 bought a printer at this location. Printer comes with a 2 year warranty once registered and lifetime tech support so told the clerk I do not require the extra store warranty. Note, if it was effective after the manufactures warranty expired I may have considered it. Told him no twice. At the checkout was again asked about purchasing a warranty. Read moreMy friend spent quite a lot of money on a computer, printer, & the needed part's to go with everything. She was told by the Store Technician that he would come out to her apartment to set everything up for her, since she was computer illerate. The next day she was told to come into the store, & pick up everything that they were not going to come into her apartment to set up everything. Anyway long story short my friend & I had to go back to Staples, then get everything straightened out. Otherwise Don't Believe What the Store Technician Tells You, or your going to end up spending a lot of money, only to find out that it was a Lie. The Lie that was Backed Up by the Female Manager, Just To Get You to Spend a...

So Saturday after work i drove out to the natamos location to be confronted with "no one called you" apparently their card Cutter was down and has been down for a few days. The lady told me to call a number for a refund. And there was nothing she could do. I then asked to have it transfer to another store. She told me she cant really do that unless i pay again at that store. Since i need the cards for a school trip. I agreed. So they were transfered to the meadowview store. Now sunday after work i drove to the meadowview store to pick up my cards i was promised by 1 p.m. That store had no associate for the printing department and once again no business cards. This is my first and only expierence with staples and i will never return. Customer service skills were awful and the professionalism was...
