Went to this establishment on 3/9/25 for lunch with my daughter. We will NEVER go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food was good, except the egg rolls literally had no flavor. Also the ā fried riceā looked like just white rice with a few peas in it, and maybe flavored with a little salt?? Never had fried rice so plain and bland in flavor. Besides the food, the angry/ hostile man at the cash register and the men cooking were very rude to customers and even to the young woman working there serving/cleaning tables. We experienced the rudeness first hand and witnessed it also directed at other customers and their own staff. I ordered all you can eat and the man aggressively grabbed my hand to stamp it, was apparently angry to be there and not at all friendly or welcoming. Then the bowl they give you is the size of a standard cereal bowl and you are supposed to put everything in it to be cooked. After adding frozen rolled up meat and noodles the bowl is pretty full. So I asked for a second bowl for the raw vegetables ( cabbage, broccoli, onions, carrots, etc.) the girl working there was admonished for giving me another bowl, even though I paid for all you can eat. Anyway, after it is cooked it is served in a larger bowl, but even with two bowls of raw food, the final serving bowl was half full. Why not give folks the larger bowl to start? I felt like they were cheating folks that pay for a single serving rather than all you can eat. People had to stack raw veggies so high it was ridiculous, and then to end up with less than half a bowl. Worse than the cheating people, the rudeness of the men was beyond acceptable. We watched the men cooking completely ignore a customer whose food was undercooked. Just ignored him when everyone could clearly hear the customer. I will never go back. Too many options to be treated with hostility and disrespect. Normally the first sign of rudeness we would have left but due to a low sugar episode stayed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of our favorite restaurants. I enjoy the food... I choose what meat and vegetables I want to eat. Starting with curls of frozen pork, beef, chicken... there is usually turkey available but not today. I take chicken and turkey usually. My son likes beef and pork. We take what we want and then mash it down to make room for the veggies. There are a lot to choose from; spinach, onion, zucchini, carrots, celery, green pepper and onion, broccoli, bean sprouts and noodles. I line my bowl with zucchini and carrot slices standing upright around the edge to make the whole thing taller so I can fit more food in it. They have signs detailing the amounts of oil and flavorings required to stir fry your mix. I always leave a tip for the chef. It's interesting how they stir the food on the hot plate with giant chop sticks. It's always freshly cooked and hot. These days they provide you with disposable gloves while getting your food and put the cooked serving into a take away box. I like that very much. Being a senior I can't always finish what I purchased so I'm happy to be able to take it home now. That wasn't allowed before Covid. I must say the egg roll has gone down hill. It used to have more filling but tastes like it's all noodle wrap now. I just take a bite and leave the rest... until they improve again. It's good value for the money: excellent quality fresh food. You can add a few more goodies before handing your mix to the chef. There is some diced tofu, water chestnuts, cilantro and pineapple chunks. After cooking you can add Sriracha sauce, sesame seeds and peanuts. I know I have not listed everything because there is so much to choose from. You can work towards taste perfection with every visit or make each visit entirely unique. It's all a matter of...

Iāve been coming here a long time and never once has the cashier lady ever been rude but today it ruined it from my entire family we paid almost $200 here and that was already pushing it but because we love the place we come here. This was the first time that the cashier lady saw me tip the cooks I always tip the cooks and because I didnāt happen to have cash this one time ever and asked if I can tip with debit I told the cooks I want to give them $10 each for them I made it clear after I did the transaction, she had the audacity to walk up to me and my family as we were trying to clean up our table as we always do for them and tells me āno more food. Where is my money?ā I had just got done cleaning up making everything neat and I could not believe she was coming up to me and being so rude. I couldnāt comprehend it because I was trying to get my children ready to go home with my husband and she followed me to the door and kept asking me. Where is my tip? Where is my $10? I thought she was joking until she started to get really rude. If it wasnāt for my children, I probably wouldāve got out of character, but I was raised better to respect my elders unfortunately, they lost loyal customers. Iām disappointed Because my kids...
