WOWWWWWâď¸âď¸âď¸I drove from Walmart Supercenter #3712 7010 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95621 over to Walmart #2598 3661 Truxel Rd, Sacramento, CA 95834. Due to the utility payment machine being broke down. I called on the phone back to back my entire drive over, and continued to do so while in line to make my utility payments. This went from 6:40 PM to 7:17 PM. I asked to speak to a manager and was given the option of speaking to a Team Lead named Anahy. I requested to speak to a manager. I was told that she was the highest ranking employee for the front end. I told her that I would wait to speak to someone higher ranking. After about 5 - 7 minutes in the store. Which consisted of me standing next to the ringing phone I was calling in the dressing room area. Because out of the 10 times I called, the phone was answered and hung up 3 timesâď¸So I was attempting to bear witness to this disrespectful action. I was unsuccessful. I then walked to front of the store looking for Team Lead Anahy. Seen she was out of uniform and I asked if she was on lunch or done for the day. She said she was on lunch. I then asked whoâs available for me to talk to. She gave a manâs name which I didnât understand and said heâs in the office speaking, thatâs why he wasnât available. She then offered to give him a message and inform him that I requested to speak to him. She left Walmart. So how she informed him is beyond me đ¤¨. I went and stood by the steel door behind customer service. This young lady walked up before me. She knocked on the door twice and the âmanagerâ HOLLERED were in a meetingâď¸This level of treatment is normalized at this Truxel Walmart location. The young lady managed to asked her question because she was related to whoever was on the other side of the door. After their exchange, I asked âcan you tell me how long the meeting is going to be? Team Lead Anahy sent me over here to speak to the managerâ. I got eye contact and the door closedâď¸It has been at least 40 minutes and no interaction thus far. To say the least I am LIVIDâď¸đĄâď¸I have photos that Iâll try to upload to show the ridiculous of Walmart not answering...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving 1 star today is because the bread man was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with a demagnetized payment card. I went in there last week, used the card with the help of a couple friendly wal-mart checkers. My checker was not sure how to handle the transaction, but the checker behind me heard the challenge, came over and explained how to do it. Today, my experience has assured me that my sister and I will never go back to that wal-mart. The checker told me she can't manually enter my card numbers. I explained, I have used this card, in this store before, matter of fact, last week and that I am waiting on my new card to arrive. I asked her if I may speak to the manager. She went into a room, and another employee came out and came to the register. I explained that I was able to manually enter my card numbers there last week. The woman asked for my I.D, I handed it to her, she then made a few attempts at swiping my card from behind the register then came to the pin pad I attempted to use and swiped my card 3 times. She said "no, we can't do this here." She continued by saying they got a new system. She seemed extremely irritated with me. I asked if they just got a new system within the week. She said "ma'am", in an extremely loud voice "how I was gonna enter your card, nothing comes up for me to push, what do you want me to do"? I explained that I am not familiar with how they did their jobs and I again asked if the system was as new as last week. She again said "ma'am" even louder, then said something which I could not understan. Her mannerisms were very uncomfortable and offensive mostly because of how loud she got both times yet she refused to answer my question. Maybe it's none of my business if wal-mart got a new system but I don't think my question was that difficult to have answered. Not only that but she attempted to run my card and she seemed confused. I believe she did not know what she was doing. I was embarrassed, made to feel as if I was being treated in a disrespectful manner or as if I did...
Read moreI'm reviewing this month's later since it popped up and I think it would be due justice to give everyone an opportunity to read about the horrible manager they have operating the front of the store.
I had purchased the new Final Fantasy from the Walmart in Roseville while out on a grocery outing. Long story short, there is an issue with the disc version that renders the game completely useless (you can find forums online warning about it and I unfortunately only found out while looking into the disc error). I went to Walmart closer to my house in Natomas and was informed of the no return policy Walmart has with opened games (also something I was completely aware of, but can understand if returning with no issue other than to return. However, in the case of a manufacturing defect I found this to be completely ridiculous). I asked to speak with the manager and was approached by a very unprofessional power-tripping associate. She became very aggressive in her demeanor and tone when I tried explaining the situation. I obviously became defensive back and she began acting dramatically at this, backing up as if she was being threatened and almost ran into a customer that was standing behind her, shaking his head at her as well. She is a joke to any form of management position and, with no stereotyping meant, only is in the position due to her cultural...
