So after much consideration I purchased a leaf razor from here. The consideration was more monetary then anything as the razor was 103.00 dollars. But after them being demonstrated to me my mind was made up. I expressed wanting a face razor and settled on the triple blade leaf razor. We'll it turns out the triple blade is a body razor and is not suitable for face shaving. So I try to return it. Even as I'm returning the girl at the counter is telling me it is a face razor, but as I've already used it they will not take it back. Even though leaf has a 30 day return policy. Basically they don't know what they are selling when it comes to this product and are misleading. Updated to report that the store has 100% remedied my issues. Love this store and their dedication to the planet.

Here is the thing. I absolutely love their mission and their products. The problem is I bought a couple items from one of the brands (Raw Elements) they carry and both items, one with a may expiration date the other August, smell spoiled. They are both sunscreen products and one, a tinted moisturizer, is chunky. I tried to alert the owners but haven’t heard back yet. I asked the clerk present when I brought them back to smell them and she touched the tinted moisturizer and admitted it was chunky. I would love an exchange, because I’m not putting rancid product on my face, but waiting to hear back. In the meantime, if you shop here, AVOID purchasing anything from RAW...

This store opened their own storefront recently and they have tons of new products. They have products for people who want to reduce their waste and be eco friendly. Sells a lot of vegan friendly and organic products. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I found several new products to try out!
