Store has some deals, unfortunately a lot and I mean a lot of Chi Com glass. The reason for the low review is I had called trying to buy the Puffco Peak and the guy that answered couldn't tell me the price but assured me it was the same price as Puffco online...well it's not, it's $50 cheaper online so make sure you shop around especially for the higher priced items. Either the guy was uninformed or whatever but they wouldn't match the price and to say it's the same and then it's not...

This store is Professional Managed ! They simply take care their customer base because they care! Every time I go in they greet me with a smile and say how is your day and how can I help you!!!! They order products for me and when they arrive they are on the phone to inform me that my order has arrived! Definitely recommend this Wild Bills Store! Hopefully Corporate will praise and honor them for managing their Store so well!!!...

I do wish there was a wider variety of cigars available in the cigar range. Despite that, I always receive excellent customer service from Kacie whenever I visit your Bay Rd location (#173). Kacie is always knowledgeable and helpful to assist me in finding what I’m looking for, and she has made some great cigar suggestions for me to try. I truly appreciate the level of service I receive from this location. This is the only place I go to...
