Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

I had the most horrible experience there. After waiting at the drive-in line for more than 10 minutes I order two small items small drink small hamburger. The voice over the intercom said that will be 479. I asked to repeat that thinking that was a mistake. She repeated 479. I then said well if that’s really 479 which I don’t understand I want to order your special for 379 which included two sandwiches french fries and a drink. So when I drove up to get my food I asked her why a small hamburger and a small soda was 479 thinking she would review the prices with me. She did not she just kind of snapped at me and said I just work here. I said that is not a very good attitude to have I just wanted to know why it was so expensive she was giving me bad looks so I finally said I’m going to park and come in and talk to the manager. I went into speak to the manager when I walked in there was no one in the store there are three young men behind the counter in a couple of young ladies and they were all smirking at me as I walked in the door. The young lady at the window took her headset off walked over to me and said may help you. I said yes I would like to speak to the manager. She gave me a big smile and said I am the manager. So I continue to ask her if she could review the price with me and I did not understand and that I did not like her attitude. I also asked why didn’t you tell me you were the manager when you’re at the window? She said oh I tried to but you just took off. I told her that she did not have a very good attitude by answering that way that all I just work here. It’s even worse since she is the manager and obviously does not manage her people who thought I was just a joke. She tried to give me the food for free saying that obviously you’re upset so take the food for free. I said I do not want anything for free and I walked out. I will never step foot into that Burger King again. I am going to try to find out who the franchise owner is because he should know about the attitudes Of his employees. They are hurting...

Locals said not to go to this location. I should have listened to them. I went on a Saturday afternoon. No one in the drive through and only me at the register. JoJo turned her back to me when I came in. She was texting on her bright pink cell phone. I waited, and waited and waited some more. I moved to the side and made eye contact with her. She still did not turn back facing the register. A gentleman walked in and she still did nothing. I asked for her name and she told me JoJo. and turned back around. I left and called the store. When I asked to speak to the manager JoJo told me she was the manager. I asked for the district managers number. She told me to give her my number and she would have him call me back. I asked or the districts name. She refused. I asked for a corporate number and she told me to look it up. Dial tone followed. I went to the other two BKs in town and basically got the same shameful rudeness and attitude. How sad. Took my business elsewhere. I won't wait for people to ask about this BK...I am putting this on Facebook, will tell my friends without prompting, and have...

So, I guess it's not "Your Way Right Away" at Burger King anymore. I've had numerous bad experiences with Burger King, but wanted something different for Breakfast. First, I pulled into the Drive Thru about 7:45, and waited a couple of minutes without being welcomed or anything. I pulled up to the window, to see a girl talking with someone in the kitchen. She then walked up to the register area, and was doing something on the screen. She never acknowledged me or came to the window. So, I decided to go inside. I parked, and found only one door onlocked (after trying another one.) When I arrived inside, I found that cashiers had been replaced with kiosks, and I was told that was the only way to order. BTW, the employee that was walking around looked as if she had just rolled out of bed, with her uniform shirt unbuttoned halfway down and a rough looking top under it. After placing my breakfast order, I was told they were out of one of the items I wanted. I finally, after waiting a bit, got my food and left. The food was ok, but definitely not what...
