Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florida

This is undoubtedly the most mismanaged restaurant establishment in the st Augustine area. Would leave zero stars if possible, we are going on about 6 orders in a row now of order not being correct. Ranging from; delivery not showing up, and or pickup food not being ready for over 10 minutes passed the pickup time slot. Not really one to leave reviews, but as a fellow business owner this store is a disgrace to the community. I remember being young and first trying chipotle back in 07’, such a different vibe nowadays, zero customer service and considerable attitude while serving guests. To top it all off, upon our delivery never arriving for my family and I’s dinner. I filed a refund, and management proceeded to try to persuade me it was out of their control since it was through a third party system once if left the store. Only problem was, the order was placed through the chipotle app so I had no say in a 3rd party organization. Never ended up getting the refund, the order was for 6 people so it wasn’t a solo burrito either.

Another encounter when ordering through the app today, showed up 15 minutes after the pickup time and no food was ready. When I proceeded to ask where the order was no one had a clue, long story short the order had to be remade and I had to read off that the email receipt said was on the order. Bets part was the worker gave me attitude about the ordeal like it was somehow my fault the order was never prepared for my pickup time. A monkey with no arms and legs could run a better restaurant then the incompetent people the are present at this...

Went to st au Augustine location to find the counter was full of food not wiped down. Disgusting. Asked the employee to clean the counter and change the gloves please before they made my food. Went to get a dirty towel sopping wet to wipe the serving bord and wiped the old food on the counter into the pans of food such as white rice mixed in with the black beans. Let the manager know that this was happening. He became upset and stated okay. What do you want me to do? I explained to him that was not healthy and it was a health code violation. I asked him his name. He told me it's right there on a card there was more than one card. I asked him his name again and he told me nothing I asked him for the third time and he told me his name was Bob. However, Bob is actually Zachary GM in training. I feel bad for this location. I like Chipotle. However, I will not rest the idea of food poisoning from a location that cannot keep it clean. With a GM aka BoB. Contact the customer service at the corporation. Awaiting to hear back from them and I will be reaching out to Erica the store. GM. The employees however were not disrespectful just looked shocked that I had asked them to clean and change gloves before making my food, A very polite person working the register and understood me asking them to wipe the counter and change the gloves. However, it was just not being done properly. This is why I l brought it to the attention of the GM or manager aka Bob Shame on...

This Chipotle used to be one of my favorite places in town. Over jut past year it has gone way downhill, I’m sure Covid-19 hasn’t helped, but there are plenty of other restirants that have been able to manage why those difficulties. My problem with this Chipotle is they run out of things way to often and have adopted the attitude of being incredibly stingy with portions. What has made Chipotle popular with mused and many of my friends is their generous portions. For this location, they are very stingy, to the point where it’s comical. If you ask for more of something the employees give you incredible attitude. I’m the kind of person that NEVER sends food back, NEVER complains about things and is extremely easy going. I even contemplated leaving this review since I don’t want to complain or see this location lose business or even worse, shut down. Yet, I have come to the conclusion I would rather see this location close, than to continue to go there and get bad service or find out yet again that they are out of things. I’m tired of it. I hope something changes and this location figured out how to run...
