We bought my wife’s ring over seven years ago from this place. They told us that it has lifetime dippings. Today we came in to get her ring dipped like we did a couple years back but now they are saying that it is not free. They only do it for free for the first year. We have had it done from them at least 2 times after the first year and they never charged us and did it for free like they said it was when we first bought it. This place is not a trustworthy place to buy or take your ring to. I have put off for years to write a review but today they earned this one. When we first got the ring my wife wanted some green birth stones put in and for some reason they just could not get them ordered. So he got a light green sharpie and drew on the stones that my wife wanted and said that we could just do that since it is the color we wanted. Where do I begin? My wedding ring was purchased 34 years ago and I have not had a problem with it until just recently and one of the prongs broke. I looked online to find Kelly jewelers so I could take it in and was sad to find that they had moved to St. George, I reached out to Scott and he said no problem you can ship it to me and I will fix it. It just so happened that we were heading to St. George, but he was not going to be open for the holiday weekend.
