Cotton Mill Center — Local services in Washington

I use to love going to this store but now I don't hardly walk in there anymore , for one reason is if I buy something I pay with cash most the time and I try but it seams I lose my receipts a lot and if I try to exchange it they don't let me ,, no receipt no return they say but I say I want to exchange it for same but different size they tell me no and that's ok because they can do what they want it's just inconvenient to me so I go to Lowe's now if I need to exchange something I got or even return it they are always more then happy to help they have the best customer service employees they never make me fill like I'm the one doing something wrong by either not saving my receipts or treat me like Im just a theft trying to return something I did not buy,, so good buy home de-pot and thank you Lowe's for being deferent and knowing what little things matter to your costumes ..and happy shopping I and a bit so do me at got to be not so at the me you go be bee and...

I was not all impressed with home Depot on my last visit. I needed help as I'm trying to redo my yard I had two flatbed carts that I was filling up with steamer and mulch I could not find anyone that would help as I live an hour and a half to 2 hours away from the nearest home Depot I would have bought more materials if I had help. Walking through the store it was very scarce on finding somebody to help you with your needs to help fulfill the parts for your project. The only help I got was after I paid and had checked out that a young man from the store came out to help me load my truck he was a lifesaver as I had to move each of these bags about four times. This is a lot of work for a disabled person. I hope home Depot corrects this problem with getting proper help and somebody to help a disabled person fill...

I only go in there with my wife I do like to look around at times and see what I can buy but I have a bad leg and I can't be walking around too long there's no place to sit if you sit in one of those wheelchair things there's always someone wants it I know it's Colby but still people needs to have a place to sit that's why she doesn't spend that much money because I get tired of sitting there and looking around and she knows that I get tired and she doesn't want to spend any more money but if you put more seating and comfortable I probably stay there a little bit longer and let her look around the people are always polite and always willing to help they were sorry that they didn't have a place for me to sit they apologize but they said this is the rules and I told...
