I have several of their products and the products are usually great quality. However, I bought an adult size kayak. We used it one time at a lake day and the paddle -which is in two pieces that need to be fit together, completely bent into an arc. I literally owned it eight days. we did not use the paddle to push off anything or abuse it. Either way it should last more than eight days and one use When I purchased the kayak, I was told there was a warranty and they took my information for the warranty. I brought back the paddle to the same store. The girl was not rude, but informed me they don’t normally warranty the paddles. Honestly lifetime, I owned it for eight days and used it one time. St George Utah purchased a 8 x 10 shed that was installed in July. within 2 weeks the side panels on either side of the door warped allowing rain, dust and critters to enter. the part of the locking mechanism where one could use a lock are not aligned so I can't use a lock. 2 weeks to get someone out and was told this morning that because it is plastic this happens. Said he had a panel on the truck for another customer. Not happy with the product or the lack of urgency in getting it fixed. we'll see how long it takes to get the parts and come back out. This company makes some really good products and you can count on them lasting. In our case, we purchased two large playsets and we couldn't be more happy with this type and our children are even MORE pleased, to "have a better playground than they have at school!" LOL! Yes, our children absolutely LOVE their new playground. Also, we have had nothing but a good and pleasant experience with any Lifetime member that we've had the pleasure to meet and work with.
