So tired of restaurants lately!!! First off I have gotten the Nachos Bell Grande for several years it used to come with some green onions on the top last time I ordered it last week it didn't have any so I asked today and the kid acted like he didn't know what I was talking about then I opened the thing since when is it just refried beans and no beef on top about three tomatoes which makes me think about 2 weeks ago I went to another Taco Bell and I always get the Powerball and they didn't have any black beans and they wanted to give me refried beans this must be the new thing cuz they're cheaper. Then I open up my $7.50 taco it was supposed to be the chalupa with the cheese crust which was $4.79 then I asked for it to be with chicken they charged me another $1.10 for chicken??!!! then I said I wanted it to be a supreme and he charged me another 80 cents. I open up the wrapper first it's not even the taco that I wanted it's not the cheese chalupa and then when you open it where's the chicken I paid extra for ridiculous well won't be going to Taco Bell anymore either

Unfortunately this has got to be one of the slowest drive throughs. time was 4:48pm when I got here. I ordered my food within a few minutes of pulling up then waited in line right where we ordered. we didn't move forward for 4-5 minutes(this was definitely the longest pause before moving again), then another 3+ minutes just to pull forward 1 car length, then I decided to start timing it. At the 2:23 Mark on the timer we moved forward another car length. 5:57 moved another length. The at the 6:20 Mark we moved forward and the car in front of me was at the window. To my superuser Taco Bell handed the car in front of me a big Uber eats bag immediately and the car drive off. So then I moved forward and got my food at 6:47 time and was out of there. overall a little disappointed with the speed of this forming dinner time.

The Taco Bell in St. George feels less like fast food and more like a dare from the universe. 🌮🔥 The moment I bit into that Fiery Doritos Locos Taco, I swear I saw a lizard in Zion National Park breathing flames in my direction, as if to say, “Welcome to the desert, amigo.” The hot sauce packets here don’t whisper… they scream, and if you blink twice, they start plotting against your intestines. The drive-thru line moves with suspicious efficiency, like they know you’ll need to make a quick escape later. My Crunchwrap Supreme collapsed faster than my willpower, but it was glorious chaos in every bite. Somewhere between mild and diablo, I lost my dignity but found enlightenment. Honestly, if you leave here without sweating, crying, or questioning your life choices, did you even go to Taco Bell? 🌶️😂

The food is delicious!! The service and Kiosk/app prices of ordering food is HORRIBLE. I ordered on the Kiosk and tried to pay with an e-gift card made for the exact amount. The kiosk won’t take e-gift cards. Had to repeat the order on the app. Then the app order was $.13 more for no reason ( no big deal) but my gift card has already been made for the original price. The app took the e-gift card. Then I went to pay the extra $.13 and it charged my card for the entire order again. To make matters worse the app has no clue where you are and orders your food 300 miles away. I called the store the order ended up at and requested they transfer the order. THEY CAN’T! They threw the order in the trash. Then I ordered again and the app missed two items. I ordered a fourth time to get the order correct. A $27.45 order has turned into an $80+ nightmare. The manager just stood there and didn’t do a dang thing. Nothing. Nada! Very disappointing Taco Bell!

*Update * my second order from above did not get included with the first so we inadvertently left without it. We found this when we got to the park we were having lunch at. I called the Taco Bell and the manager knew what had happened. She called a Taco Bell that was much closer to our current location and had the missed order waiting for me. That is the impressive service I look for. Thank you Taco Bell. I’d give 1.5 stars but TB needs to...

I love Taco Bell their beefy 5 layer burritos and crunch wraps are to die for! And it's also the only place to get Mtn Dew Baja Blast. I'm in college so I gotta save money where ever I can and Taco Bell is great for cheap delicious food. And at this Taco Bell they definitely give you more bang for your buck. This is a great location with fast, friendly and convenient drive thru service. I definitely recommend it for a quick lunch or a great late night snack. However there is just one thing that was kind of off to me. I went through the Drive thru and my total was 7.48. I gave the kid at the window 7.50 and waited expecting him to give me my 2 cents back with my food, but the only thing he handed me back was my food and drink. Obviously I'm not that upset over 2 cents so I ignored it, but then when I got home after I ate I found the 2 cents in the bottom of my bag that my food had been in. I had been bamboozled. You got me Taco bell employee, I never would have considered the thought that the standard for cross contamination was lower at your Restaurant....
