I came to Brandon to have my wedding ring redone. We talked about the redesign and to get a new center diamond and was very happy with what we came up with. I came time to pick it up and found that he hadn't used the original metal and my ring was quite a bit lighter than before (my ring was heavy for a ring) and he said that it was basically the same amount (?) I for the most part was happy with it. Upon inspecting I found that he did not used cjedthe same metal that I had before. (Which was how I found out he didn't use the same metal) I was heart broken. I reached out to him and he did a complete redo and fixed the metal. However I am writing this review now because it has been barely a year since I had him make my ring and about 6 months ago I noticed that the white gold had a yellow hue to it and was gradually getting worse. I contacted Brandon Adams Jewelers, in St. George, Utah, to have a silver pendant made. The pendant contains a nice piece of turquoise I've carried around for years and that turquoise went into a bear paw pendant. I gave Brandon a couple of design ideas I had so he could catch what it was I was looking for. Bear Paw was finished and ready for pickup on Wednesday Feb. 5 and I could not be more pleased and amazed. The craftsmanship that went into Brandon's design and crafting is astonishing. Spectacular is probably a better word to express my gratitude for what Brandon Adams Jewelers has created for me. Had a wonderful experience with Brandon Adams!! The ring turned out great and my fiancé loved it! They were very friendly, had quick and open communication, had lots of customization options, and a good warranty. Brandon even told me if there was anything my fiancé didn’t like about the ring once she got it, I could bring it back and he would make adjustments for free.

Also, the price was significantly cheaper than other shops around the area, while still maintaining the same or higher quality. Also, I appreciated that they were open about prices and didn’t tack on any extra fees, like other shops did. They clearly care about their customers and want to make it the best experience for them.
