This is going to be long because I have so many good things to say about Designer Furniture, and Deanna, in particular. I was wanting to make some changes in my home but was unsure where to start as I didn’t want to waste money or be unhappy with the final result. I needed direction. I reached out to a professional designer in town, but was told she only worked on new construction, and was way beyond my budget anyway. I visited most of the local furniture stores hoping to get a vision. It wasn’t until I went in to Designer Furniture Gallery, that I actually received real help. Deanna met me right away at the door, and as we visited, she really listened to me, and I was impressed with her knowledge. Asthings progressed, she made a house call, yes, a house call, (3 total) to measure and get a look at my existing decor. She then provided me with a computerized scaled design idea, and off we went! Throughout the process, she was always open to my own ideas and likes and dislikes, but was honest about it when those ideas were not so great, which I really appreciated. Like I said, I wanted to love the final product but wasn’t sure how to get there on my own, so her honesty was invaluable. She saw my little project through to the end, even bringing out to my home, many accessories which she helped place, returning anything I didn’t like or need. I love the changes in my home, Deanna helped bring the exact feel I was looking for. I highly recommend her and this incredible free service offered at Designer Furniture. Finally I want to add that Teresa at the front desk was always helpful and accurate, and even the delivery guys were great. To my delight, Kyson contacted me in just a few days to schedule a time to come out to complete the repairs. Not only is Kyson technically good at his job, he also cares about the quality of his work and he also cares that I’m happy and satisfied with his work. I think that Kyson went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and he is a strong reflection of how much Designer Furniture Gallery cares about service after the sale and customer satisfaction.
