Nice store, fun finds. My initial interaction was not a good one. This is not the only establishment that seems to have zero appreciation for the customers that keep them in business. As I'm walking in the door I'm passing people that are walking out without masks on. I proceeded in where I was stopped and asked to wear a mask and offered one. I told the lady I was fully vaccinated and asked why we are still asked to mask. Her reply was "well I'm vaccinated too." So here's the thing, I don't care if you're vaccinated, you do whatever your employer tells you to do, that has nothing to do with me. I didn't want the vaccine but in an effort to get back to normal I took it. I'm irritated that the governor could lift the mask mandate and we are still asked to wear one. I'm insulted that as I looked around the store and saw half the people without a mask, I was still asked to put one on. Is there something in particular about me that I'm single out? So I find out while talking to another employee that they can't require customers to wear one. So why the negativity as I'm walking in the door? The employee should have said "Masks are optional but strongly suggested," I would still decline but have a lot more respect for the establishment. You can't take back first impressions. Please treat your customers with respect, you'll not have jobs...
   Read moreI had been a loyalty member more than 10 yrs and I havenât been treated so bad inside of the jewelry department the lady that works there most the time is out of her position and they have to call her for assistance all the time so when she finally comes back sheâs angry with bad attitude and rude I couldnât see her name on her badge but she is black ethnic with long red braided hair and I must describe her cause usually other associates have to help her when she doesnât want to assist her clients unfortunately St George,UT is pretty small town so we donât have another places to buy plus the store itâs small ,crowded and lousy staff all the clients have to listen their radio yoking and laughing all the time between managementâs and associates which is annoying plus the alarm on the purses department is beeping most the time and I had heard other clients saying the same thing about it and the clearance area of beauty department is dirty and nasty I donât know why they donât throw away open and broken stuff none one is going to buying them so after the holidays isnât organized anymore everything is mixed up and you must digging on every shelf to find your needs so I donât recommend that store you better go to Las Vegas or California over there you have more store to choose from and better...
   Read moreI usually love this place but we went there today at around 8:45 and they were FRANTIC to close by 9:30. They closed the dressing rooms around 9 even though the store closed at 9:30. I understand wanting to close and get everyone out of the store at 9:30, I just feel that if the store is open until 9:30 the whole store should be open until closing time. We were using a rack near the dressing rooms to sort through our items, as we couldnât try them on and didnât think it was kind to manually put them all back where we thought they went (I know their employees have a system). A lady told us multiple times the dressing rooms were closed and was trying her hardest to get us out of the store even though it was 9:05. We werenât using the dressing rooms and simply trying to decide on items. The customer service felt very unwelcoming and they werenât very accommodating. This might be a situation where Iâm in the wrong, but I just donât think their communication was very good. I might be in the minority, but I think if a place closes at 9:30, they should actually stay...
