this theater only had 2 speakers for the audio it sounded like only on the right an left up in front by the screen the bass was up so loud an the treble so low i could not hear a single word of dialogue whenever the actors spoke i had not a clue what they where saying - the audio levels where all wrong - VERY POOR AUDIO SYSTEM I HAVE A BETTER AUDIO SYSTEM AT MY HOME AN I HAVE A VERY CHEAP SYSTEM AN THE AUDIO LEVELS WHERE ALL WRONG VERY POOR AUDIO MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR THE WORDS OF WHAT THE ACTORS ARE SAYING - VERY LOUD BASS VERY LOW TREBLE AN ONLY 2 SPEAKERS AT THE FRONT BY THE SCREEN - THIS THEATER IS NOT SURROUND SOUND

other than that its an ok theater but because of that i will either watch it at home or go to another theater - i will not spend 23 bucks for 2 people then 23 for popcorn an 2 sodas again at this theater also my other thing i noticed an is not the fault of the theater is we saw star wars 3d - it was great special fx but next time i think ill skip the 3d as it seemed to be more of a distraction to what was going on than a benefit the dark glasses an background blurry to make things pop out is not better than watching it without 3d -

star wars had a 3d version an a regular version both playing at the theater we choose the 3d version - i wish we choose the regular version an i wont choose a 3d version again the 3d makes it pop better on certain things but you loose alotta detail i wanna say resolution is worse you have to wear these dark glasses an certain things are to dark if you take off the glasses everything is very blurry ( which i assume gives it the 3d effect ) - i asked my son without giving him my opinion what he said about the audio levels an he said word for word what i was thinking but he said he was able to understand what they where saying ( me i had no clue what was said the 75 percent of the movie because only 2 speakers an hi bass an low treble an bad audio levels )

i also asked him if he would of preferred a non 3d version an he said also what exactly i was thinking he agreed the audio levels where wrong an 3d just was a distraction from what was going on - some of the 3d effects where very cool but it was not worth missing detail for

The husband and I decided to go to this establishment the other day, first there was only one person at the consession stand, $7 dollars for a 1 hot dog is a bit much sounds like I'm also being charged for the bun which should be included with the hot dog no charge, that's the least of my worries though but he paid $30 to see a movie that we barely got to enjoy cause some entitled old lady wanted to argue with us about seats when there were plenty below cause let's face it nobody ever picks the right seats but this entitled old lady immediately walks up shines her phones bright flash light in my face and steps on my foot hard like 3 times and says" we have 3 seats those are our seats you need to move." I tell her there are plenty of seats down below, she repeats her self and then starts stepping on my feet and my husband who has said nothing just minding his own business trying to enjoy the movie he paid for us to see, I mind you I'm in the middle of eating popcorn as this lady is arguing with us and stepping on on our feet forcing us out of our seats, however this elderly woman should know that's not how you approach people if she would of said excuse me instead of flashing a phone light in my face, moving seats wouldn't have been a big deal. We ended up moving seats but it really stuck with me, needless to say we didn't enjoy our time and the movie was good but the experience was...

I brought my boys to see a movie with their friends. Yes they are not adults but I gave them permission to see this movie. They would not let them because they did not have an adult over 21 with them. We watched as SEVERAL underage kids went into the movie by the “MANAGER” who said my kids could not come in. He said they can’t monitor everyone coming in, even though he was the one taking the tickets.. my kids 2 friends arrived, also their age showed the tickets in their phone to manager. He sent them to get printed tickets then came back and he let them go in. I confronted him and he was like oh they were under age? I will make them come out... I said that’s not the point you told me no because you can’t monitor this but then continued yourself to let underage teenagers in!! I’m beyond frustrated! I was even there giving consent! I did not see one other parent with their child!! I will not spend my money their until “the manager” is dealt with and honoring his policy that he went over with me then 5 minutes later when he thought I was gone letting teens in!! NOT HAPPY!
