Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Nicholas, the Front House Director, who has been there for seven years, is very rude and fabricates resolutions to fit his own agenda. Do not worry about calling in if they mess up your order. This location will not resolve issues, because Nicholas refuses to resolve issues. He also refuses to have pass any messages along to the general manager for further review.

Do not order parfaits and anything with spicy chicken, and definitely do not add cheese and bacon because it will definitely NOT be on your sandwich. Also do not expect sauces, a spoon (for the parfait) or even the bottles of sauce that you have to pay for, because it will also not be there.

Also, do not order brownies from here. They will not be baked all the way (and not in a good gooey brownie way, like the I can still taste raw ingredients way). They will also ignore you at the counter when they pull you around (even if you use the mobile app to order) and then take forever to bring your food, but they will not have any of your sauces or utensils.

Do not order the salads as they will have wilted lettuce and barely any cheese (seriously like three pieces of shredded cheese), one slice of egg (not a full egg sliced, but one small slice of egg) and barely any bacon on the cobb salad.

Do not expect quick service to resolve their mistakes as they will just stand around and talk and not assist customers. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location. I would steer clear of this one and just go somewhere else in the town or wait until you see another Chick-fil-A location. This one is not it.

UPDATE: I received a call from the Owner/Operator Jake Schenk who just reinforced his employee's bad behavior and incapacity to complete an order. If you have issues at this location, do not expect resolution, and if they forget anything on your order, do not expect them to...

I was in less than a month ago and ordered 2 grilled chicken deluxe meals with GF buns. It was my Husbands first time trying something other than the regular Chick Fil A sandwich and I promised him it would be delicious because he likes bacon and the grilled chicken has a lot of flavor. When we got home there was no bacon on either sandwich. Disappointing but whatever, I called to let them know since it was 2 different sandwiches, I thought maybe an employee didn’t realize they came with bacon. The girl I spoke to offered me 2 free sandwiches on our next visit, although I didn’t ASK for anything, and I accepted. Fast forward to today, I called to get 2 sandwiches, I planned on ordering other items as well but wanted to go through the drive through. I spoke to Jake, who is apparently the owner. After intensively questioning me and acting like I was just looking for a handout, I offered to bring my phone in to show him the order as proof of purchase and so he could see we semi regularly order from there. He was very condescending and asked who offered me sandwiches and said “here’s what I’m gonna do for you. I’m going to send you some free cookies to your app.” My husband and I are Gluten Free, we can’t eat the cookies. I told him so and it seemed like all he wanted to do was argue before eventually speaking over me and saying, “that’s not what we do but I’ll send you some sandwiches to your app.” Well thanks Jake, what stellar customer service. 10/10 will...

Let me tell ya. The best chicken sandwich in da world. And the best chicken noodle soup in da whole universe. We're not talking subway sandwich chicken noodle, which is discustin. We are talken da best in da universe. Prepare onesself fer perfection. If u wanna good meal thada not disappoint you in quality or expense. WOW, this be unbelievably kind and generous employees, I thought I had ordered a bowl of chicken soup but was given a cup of soup, I told them not to worry about it, but they are so contentious to their customers that they brought me an extra cup of chicken soup, no charge. This is a fast food restaurant that feels like a high end tavern on the green type restaurant, which I might also say I was disappointed in that high end restaurant in Central Park New York City. This place here in saint Joe Missouri was beyond compare to other restaurants that might be classified as fast food, but they are in a class by themselves.
