Update!!! Much better, the dough is still thicker, but for sure cooked this time. I hope, I could tell they were not packing it like before. One thing I did notice is a woman was training a new girl and on the floor she was very stern to her employees almost talking down to them. Again, treat your team with respect, especially if it's an open floor plan and clients can see you. 2.17.23

I have to say, love me or hate me, but I will always be truthful. I was NOT impressed. Please if you work there, read fully!!

Let me take this back. The STAFF, You ALL were amazing!!! What a team you have. Fun atmosphere to even jump in for 5 minutes. Lots of laughs. And wow oh wow, great setup. The idea is so there!!!

Now... let's get to the cookies!!! They are too big. They were NOT cooked fully and were very gummy! I get it, you want the biggest and best. Well. Let's cook them and flatten them more. Don't pack the batter so hard in the scoops, yes I was watching, this MIGHT help. I was really surprised, as were my teen boys. They even said no. Yes, we bought all 6 for the week. Surprised, my favorite was the cornbread. Who would have thought the flavor would be spot on? The others, even the original chocolate chip are just so thick, and not cooked all the way, you simply cannot enjoy them. Pics included. Wish I could have given a better review. To be honest, it would have been a 1 star, however, your team in St. Joe, gave you the other stars. They are amazing. As a small business owner, your team is what matters. Keep up the great work! Cookies are delicious and confectionery works of art I would like to add to this review. I went and bought a 6 pack of cookies this past week and I asked if I could get a single box to take a cookie to my daughter who was in the hospital (didn't want to take 6 cookies through the hospital). They told me for an empty box that it would be the same price as if I was buying a single cookie. I realize the boxes aren't free but give me a break, $4.50 for an empty box that's outrageous. So I ended up having to buy a single cookie on top of the 6 that I already bought in order to take one to her or I could of gotten a cookie sleeve for free which doesn't cover the cookie...

While the cookies here are usually good, the customer service is questionable. I've never left a bad review but my daughter and I visited this store today and were disappointed with our experience, or lack there of. We came in and no one greeted us, we waited by the order counter for someone to take our order. After a few people being served they had still not greeted us or asked if we needed help. Mind you we had been there for 5 minutes at this point. I understand there's a "self-order" station but isn't it basic customer service to at least acknowledge guests when...
