Rally House St. Joseph (Shoppes at North Village) — Local services in Saint Joseph

This is the largest of the chain stores we've been in! There's so many different teams to choose from! Of course, the Kama City Chiefs is the largest section to shop! There's so much to take in, but easy to find what you need, if it's specific! So many jerseys, hats, helmets, clothing items, hard to find apparel, unique items, all here!!! The staff is abundant, and knowledgeable while being quite friendly! The interior and exterior of the store were clean! Nicely arranged racks and furniture displays! So many different teams and sports to choose from! Great atmosphere and location for this store! Quite impressive, and a little breath taking! Plenty of free parking! There's other stores to walk to once you're done...

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Rally House. The ginger-haired employee I encountered was dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I needed. To make matters worse, the lady manager was incredibly rude, snapping at me when I asked a simple question. Her attitude was unacceptable for someone in a management position. And then there was a guy named Sloan, who was no better—he was condescending and made me feel like I was a bother just for being in the store. The whole team needs serious training in customer service. I will never return to this store and would advise others to...

The store has a large variety of items, however the staff were not helpful. In fact, I came to check out in the middle of the day and there was a woman brushing her wet hair while listening to a story from another employee, The lady brushing her hair turned around and saw me and said "No" and told the other lady to come with her as she yelled for another employee to come ring me up, and quickly. Not an experience that makes me want to come back. I do not like giving bad reviews, but this was just rude. I had 1 item to check out.
