KFC — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

The order from this location once a quarter maybe twice a year. Seems like it's only a reminder as to why we don't eat at KFC anymore. Every time we come there seems to be different people working here. Today as I wait for a mobile order you filled I think I figured out why. I watched as a flipped and pulled stickers off of various bags despite being told in the mobile app our order was done they hadn't even started it yet technically. Despite them knowing I was there to pick up that order they kept sending orders of the drive-thru window that were mobile orders. How do I know? I heard them talk about it and I could see it on their little magic board by the drive-thru window that they were competing against other stores and trying to keep their lines all green. So the mobile app information that we receive is useless because they are actively manipulating it. I tried to go through my order sitting there to make sure it was all accurate only to realize when I got home I was cheated on my chicken. A result no doubt of them rushing trying to fulfill orders and cheat metrics at the same time. No doubt a common practice here and probably a direct reason that keeps seeing different people. Went in today, my fiance was door dashing and received an order to pick up, upon arrival she goes in to collect the order and while waiting spots a KFC employee fresh from the restroom returning to work. No big deal right? Right! Until the worker takes 2 steps out of the bathroom and proceeds to dig a wedgy from the slit of her buttocks, going full wrist deep in the fault line that is the crack of her bottom and then without gloves or washinghands or even some sanitizer, goes and picks up chicken to put into a box, a customers order. Meaning someone today probably had a weird taste in some of their chicken, i sincerely apologize to that fellow! I however will NEVER be spending my money here. Absolutely rediculous behiavior from a food industry worker!! We expect better, we deserve better, we demand better!!! Do better KFC!!!! Disgusted delivery...

The cashier Anastasia was extremely rude, she told me she was Amber... She wasn't helpful responding to a question about their rewards program. Yanked the card from my hand, and I had to accept mixed as they didn't have enough for an 8 piece. I was asked to park and after 20 minutes I had to go inside. Anastasia asked me not to raise my voice and said they had other customers ahead of me. After 25 minutes I was given my order, told they had no biscuits but gave me extra chicken. I could have went to a dine in restaurant and had my meal in that amount of time. Anastasia then proceeded to tell customers coming in the door, that she was short staffed and that it would be 20 to 30 minutes before they could get their food. They turned around and left.
